SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 2-[(2-alkoxy-6-trifluoromethyl- pyrimidine-4-yl)-oxymethylene]-phenylacetic acid of the general formula (I) where R is -C1-C6-alkyl; R1 is halogen atom; n = 0-1; V is O or NH; U is CH or N. Claimed compounds show fungicide, insecticide and acaricide activity and can be used for protection of plants, protection from storehouse pests and for protection of foodstuffs stores and in the field of hygiene and veterinary also. Invention relates to also method of synthesis of compounds of the general formula (I) using compounds of the general formula (II) as intermediate compounds. Method of synthesis involves interaction of compound of the formula (II) where R has the above indicated value with compound of the formula (III) where X means nucleophilic group to be removed. Invention relates to also agent containing liquid filling agent and compound of the formula (I) of acaricide class used for control of pests, harmful fungi and insects with exception in the latter case of compounds of the general formula (I) when U is CH and V is NH.
