Abstract: FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: stable liquid mixture contains (A) metasachlorine, up to 40% of which could be substituted by one or several herbicides at 20-60 wt.%, (B) copolymer, which could be obtained by copolymerization of (b1) either one or several C2-C20-monoolefins and (b2) either one or several monoolefin-unsaturated C4-C8-anhydrids. Moreover, an anhydrid and other hydrolyzed groups and/or free carboxylic groups could, at least, be partially transferred into saline form at 0.02-10 wt.%, (C) water at the quantity of 30-70 wt.% and, also, (D) conventional additional products used to prepare the composition at the quantity of 2-15 wt.%. Abstract: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the preparation contains one or several predominantly amorphous solid active substances. Active substances have the form of particles of nanometric size and 500 mg/l solubility at 25 C. Particles of active substance are covered with a membrane. Protective preparation is obtained by mixing an active substance with a liquid preparative form of membrane's material. Membrane-covered active substance is dried. Herbicidal substance used as an active one enables to apply the preparation in fighting undesirable vegetation, fungicidal substance - in fighting phytopathogenic fungi and pests, growth-regulating substance - in regulating plants' growth.
