    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce high alloy steel parts containing an oxidation-sensitive metal by preparing a mixture consisting of a carbonyl iron powder, a powder of a specific alloy containing oxidation-sensitive metal, and a binder, subjecting the resultant mixture to injection molding, removing the binder, and carrying out sintering. SOLUTION: A mixed injection molding material, which consists of at least 30 wt.% of a powder of iron group type carbonyl metal, particularly carbonyl iron, at least 5 wt.% of a powder of an alloy of metals selected from the group consisting of Cr, Mn, V, Si, and Ti and containing an oxidation-sensitive metal, and a binder, is prepared. At this time, the proportion between the particle size of the carbonyl metal powder and that of the alloy powder is on the order of 1:2. This injection molding material is injection molded by using a screw type injection molding machine. The contained binder is removed by heating up to, e.g. about 110 deg.C in a nitrogen air stream. Then, high temperature sintering is carried out under reduced pressure or in a reducing protective gas atmosphere or in an inert gas atmosphere of nitrogen, or the like.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent efflorescence phenomenon of a mineral substrate such as a concrete roof material for a long period of time by applying a specified polyacrylate dispersion liquid and n aromatic ketone on the surface of a mineral substrate and irradiating with UV rays. CONSTITUTION: As for the polyacrylate dispersion liquid, the copolymer described below is used by 20 to 65 wt.%. The copolymer consists of (a) 20 to 70 wt.% of a (meth)acrylate of 3-20C alkanol having a tertiary CH group, (b) 30 to 60 wt.% of styrene, α-methylstyrene or the like, and (c) 3-5C mono or dicarboxyic acid, and has -30 to +30 deg.C min. film forming temp. Further, an aromatic ketone is mixed by 0.1 to 5 wt.%. The mixture is applied to form a layer on the surface of a mineral substrate and irradiated with UV rays. Thus, efflorescence phenomenon can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a formed body which contains a specified proportion of a polymer of a specified compsn., which is dimensionally stable even under high temp. and moisturizing conditions, which is harmless to the environment, and which has good formability, low water absorptivity and high rigidity. CONSTITUTION: This formed body is essentially made of a fiber and contains the following polymer by 5 to 25% to the fiber. The polymer consists of (A) 75 to 99.9 wt.% vinyl aromatic monomers, methyl(meth)acrylate, (meth) acrylonitrile, vinyl halide, (meth)arcylesters of 2-12C alcohols and/or >=20C vinylesters, (B) 0.1 to 25 wt.% monomers expressed by the formula, and (C) 0 to 10 wt.% other copolymerizable monomers. In the formula, each of R and R is H or a 1-4C alkyl, R is a 1-20C crosslinking member, R is C(O)R , C(O)OR (wherein R is H, a is H, CN, or the like, X is O or NR (wherein R is same as R ), Z is a single bond, O, or the like. As for the component (B), cyanoacetoxy(meth)acrylate, or the like, is preferable.
