Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the stable emulsion and dry powder of lipophilic vitamins in finely dispersed forms, respectively, by separately emulsifying vitamin K and vitamins (A+D+E) in specific conditions, respectively, mixing both the obtained emulsions with each other and, if necessary, subsequently drying the mixture. SOLUTION: (A) Vitamin K and (B) a vitamin mixture are separately emulsified in the presence of protective colloids (and, if necessary, further sugar and/or a sugar alcohol and other additives). Both the emulsions are mixed with each other and, if necessary, subsequently dried in the presence of a coating agent. The vitamin mixture B is produced by dissolving vitamin D in an inactive oil and/or vitamin A and subsequently mixing the solution with vitamin E. The mixture of component B may be prepared by adding the vitamin D to the mixture of the vitamin E with the vitamin A and/or the inactive oil.
