Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing oxidation products from cyclohexane by a catalytic oxidation with gas containing oxygen in a liquid phase. The preparation process is characterized in that the gas is brought, at a pressure of 0.5 MPa to 3 MPa substantially regularly into contact with liquid cyclohexane in at least one reaction zone, whereby the liquid cyclohexane and the oxygen-containing gas are passed through the reaction zone in countercurrent.

Abstract: Un proceso para la preparación de productos de oxidación delciclohexano por oxidación catalítica con gases que contiene oxígeno en la fase líquida a temperatura elevada, donde los gases son puestos en contacto esencialmente en forma uniforme con el ciclohexano líquido en al menos una zona de reacción caracterizada porque el ciclohexano líquido y los gases que contiene oxígeno son pasados en contracorriente a través de la zona de reacción. Un proceso como el reivindicado en la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la temperatura del gas residual es inferior que la temperatura inferior de reacción en la zona de reacción. Un proceso como el reivindicado en la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque los gases son introducidos en la zona de reacción a través de una pluralidad de boquillas. Un proceso como el reivindicado en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque la velocidad de salida de los gases que contiene oxígeno en cada orificio de boquilla es de 0,01 a 1 m/s, preferiblemente de 0,03 a 0,3 m/s y la cantidad que entra de cada orificio es de 0,001 a 10 l/s preferiblemente de 0,1 a 1,0 l/s.
