Abstract: Polyamides, oligomers thereof or mixtures thereof, if required with further reaction products, are prepared by reacting aminonitriles or dinitriles and diamines or a mixture containing aminonitrile, dinitrile and diamine, and, if required, further polyamide-forming monomers and/oligomers with water in a reactor ( 1 ) having a vertically oriented longitudinal axis, by a process in which, in the reactor ( 1 ), the reaction product is removed from the bottom and ammonia formed and any further low molecular weight compounds formed and water are taken off via the top ( 2 ), wherein the reactor ( 1 ) has at least two chambers ( 4 ) arranged one on top of the other in the longitudinal direction, the chambers ( 4 ) being separated from one another by liquid-tight trays ( 5 ), each chamber ( 4 ) being connected by a liquid overflow ( 6 ) to the chamber ( 4 ) directly underneath and a liquid product stream being taken off by the liquid overflow ( 6 ) of the lowermost chamber ( 4 ), the gas space ( 7 ) above the liquid level in each chamber ( 4 ) being connected to the chamber ( 4 ) arranged directly above in each case by one or more conduit pipes ( 8 ) which in each case opens or open into a gas distributor ( 9 ) having orifices ( 11 ) for gas exit below the liquid level, and comprising in each case at least one baffle plate ( 12 ) which is arranged vertically around each gas distributor ( 9 ) and whose upper end terminates below the liquid level and whose lower end terminates above the liquid-tight tray ( 5 ) of the chamber ( 4 ) and which separates each chamber ( 4 ) into one or more gassed ( 13 ) and into one or more ungassed ( 14 ) spaces.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing oxidation products from cyclohexane by a catalytic oxidation with gas containing oxygen in a liquid phase. The preparation process is characterized in that the gas is brought, at a pressure of 0.5 MPa to 3 MPa substantially regularly into contact with liquid cyclohexane in at least one reaction zone, whereby the liquid cyclohexane and the oxygen-containing gas are passed through the reaction zone in countercurrent.

Abstract: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of cyclohexane oxidation substances by catalytical liquid-phase oxidation with oxygen-containing gases. Liquid cyclohexane is passed by countercurrent procedure through reaction zone which is separated for some communicating chambers by perforated plates. Oxygen-containing gas is added along reaction zone through nozzle holes that are uniformly distributed by cross section. As result, no formation of continuous gaseous phase in reaction zone is occurred. Distances of gas feeding are 0.1-3-fold diameter of reaction zone being gas is added to reaction zone where oxygen from preceding addition is not consumed completely. Abstract: Un proceso para la preparación de productos de oxidación delciclohexano por oxidación catalítica con gases que contiene oxígeno en la fase líquida a temperatura elevada, donde los gases son puestos en contacto esencialmente en forma uniforme con el ciclohexano líquido en al menos una zona de reacción caracterizada porque el ciclohexano líquido y los gases que contiene oxígeno son pasados en contracorriente a través de la zona de reacción. Un proceso como el reivindicado en la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la temperatura del gas residual es inferior que la temperatura inferior de reacción en la zona de reacción. Un proceso como el reivindicado en la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque los gases son introducidos en la zona de reacción a través de una pluralidad de boquillas. Un proceso como el reivindicado en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque la velocidad de salida de los gases que contiene oxígeno en cada orificio de boquilla es de 0,01 a 1 m/s, preferiblemente de 0,03 a 0,3 m/s y la cantidad que entra de cada orificio es de 0,001 a 10 l/s preferiblemente de 0,1 a 1,0 l/s.
