Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the production of film rear-injected plastic moulded parts from a film and a long-fiber reinforced plastic material, wherein the film is positioned in a forming tool and rear-injected with a plastic material reinforced by a fiber material in order to produce a moulded part. Prior to rear injection, the plastic material and the fiber material are added together in an extruder or an injection moulding machine which has at least one distributive mixing element in an area adjacent to the compression zone, melted and mixed. The invention also relates to moulded parts which can be obtained according to the above-mentioned method.

Abstract:
A method for the production of back-injected plastic parts by placing a sheet material in a mold and back-injecting with plastic reinforced with long fibres involves melt-compounding the plastic with the fibres before back injection, using an extruder or injection molding machine with a distributive mixing element in the zone after the compression zone. An Independent claim is also included for back-injected plastic moldings obtained by this method.
