Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to multifunctional polymers, comprising polymerised units of (a) C and a polymer concentration of 1 % by weight). The invention further relates to a method for the production of multifunctional polymers by the copolymerisation of monomer mixtures comprising (a)
Abstract:
The fatty acid derivatives described are based on epoxidized unsaturated fatty acid esters or triglycerides and are reacted with amines such as hydroxy- and/or amino-substituted hydrophilic amines or amino acids and/or with alkanoles or with water on the epoxy group and/or the carboxylic ester group. These fatty acid amides can be used as surface active agents in washing and cleaning agents.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of epoxidizing olefins with percarboxylic acid in a reaction mixture consisting of an aqueous phase and an organic phase. According to said method, the percarboxylic acid in the aqueous phase is formed in situ from hydrogen peroxide and a carboxylic acid or a carboxylic acid anhydride and the olefins in the organic phase are dissolved in an organic solvent. The epoxidation is carried out in several steps. Each step is carried out with a fresh aqueous phase each and after each step the aqueous phase is removed.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing (S,S)-N,N'-ethylenediamine disuccinic acid or analogous compounds or salts thereof by reacting L-asparaginic acid, L-glutaminic acid or L-cysteic acid with 1,2-bissulfooxyethane, 1,3,2-dioxathiolane-2,2-dioxide or mixtures thereof or 1,3-bissulfooxy-2-hydroxypropane in the presence of a base and optional successive acidification with an acid. In addition, the invention relates to a method for producing (S,S)-N,N'-ethylenediamine disuccinic acid or analogous compounds or salts thereof by reacting N-(2-sulfooxyethyl)-L-asparaginic acid or salts thereof with L-asparaginic acid or corresponding compounds based on L-glutaminic acid, L-cysteic acid and/or 1,3-bissulfooxy-2-hydroxypropane in the presence of a base and optional successive acidification with an acid.
Abstract:
The use is disclosed of a compound having the general formula (I), as well as its alkali salts, as scaling inhibitors and/or (co)-builders. In the formula (I), R' stands for hydrogen and R and R' independently represent branched or non-branched aliphatic C4-28 radicals which can contain one or several double C-C and/or triple C-C bonds. Radicals R and R' may be interrupted by one or more non-adjacent oxygen atoms, NH groups and/or N-C1-4-alkyl groups, and may be substituted by one or more hydroxyl groups, primary amino groups and/or secondary C1-4-alkylamino groups; or radicals R and R' are hydrogen atoms and radical R' has the above-mentioned meaning; or R' has the meaning given above for R' and R and R' are hydrogen atoms.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing 3-trifluoromethylphenyl-4-cyanobenzyl ketone by reacting a 3-trifluoromethyl benzoic acid-C1-C2-alkyl ester with 4-tolunitrile in an aprotic polar solvent or in an aprotic polar solvent mixture in the presence of at least one equimolar quantity of a base, whereby the base is selected among potassium alcoholates of primary C1-C4 alkanols.
