Abstract:
The invention relates to a foam laminate, comprising - a layer of foam enclosed by an outer skin, comprising or containing natural or synthetic rubber and at least one clear lacquer, hardened with actinic radiation and optionally, between the underside of the clear lacquer and the outer skin, a physically hardened base lacquer and/or on the side opposite the clear lacquer, or the clear lacquer and base lacquer, a physically-bonding adhesive layer, hardened with actinic radiation, comprising nanoparticles and a tackifier, or a layer of foam enclosed by an outer skin, at least one clear lacquer, hardened with actinic radiation, on the side opposite the clear lacquer, or the clear lacquer and base lacquer, a physically-bonding adhesive layer, hardened with actinic radiation, comprising nanoparticles and a tackifier and, optionally, between the underside of the clear lacquer and the outer skin, a physically hardened base lacquer, methods for production thereof and the use thereof for coating buildings, industrial plants or parts thereof in a decorative, signalling or thermal-, magnetic- or electrically-insulating manner.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the esters (A) of conjugated unsaturated carboxylic acids (conjugated acid esters) of the general formula (I): XmYn (I), wherein m and n are 1 or an integer > 1 and the variables X and Y have the following meanings: X represents a group, derived from an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid, comprising one or more than one carboxylic group, 6 to 60 carbon atoms and at least two conjugated double-bonds in the molecule (conjugated acid); and Y represents a univalent or polyvalent organic group, comprising at least one bond that can be activated by actinic radiation, with the proviso that (1) m = 1 and Y = a univalent group, if X is derived from a conjugated acid having more than one carboxylic acid in the molecule, and (2) n = 1 and X = derived from a conjugated acid having a carboxylic group in the molecule, if Y = a polyvalent group. The invention also relates to methods of production and to the use of these esters as compounds that can be cured by means of actinic radiation, or that can be cured thermally and by actinic radiation or that can be cured oxidatively, and to methods for their production.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a liquid coating substance which is essentially or completely devoid of corrosion-inhibiting pigments, which can be hardener by actinic radiation, and organic solvents. Said coating substance contains, (A) at least one component selected from the groups comprising low molecular, oligomer and polymer organic compounds which contain at least one group which can be activated by actinic radiation, in addition to air and oxidatively dried alkyd resins, (B) at least one component selected from the groups comprising acidic esters of polyphosphorous acids and monophosphorous acids having at least one compound (b1) containing at least one hydroxyl group and at least one group which can be activated by actinic radiation, and (C) at least one type of nanoparticle. The invention also relates to method for the production and use thereof.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an air-drying coating substance (100 percent system) which is free of organic solvents and can be hardened in a radical or cationic manner by means of actinic radiation. Said coating substance contains (A) at least one solvent-free, air-drying alkyd resin having an oil length of 20 to 60 %, wherein 45 to 65 equivalent percent of the olefinically unsaturated double bonds contained in the unsaturated fatty acid radicals are conjugated. Also disclosed are methods for the production of the inventive coating substance and the use thereof for producing adhesive coatings.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a liquid coating material, hardened with actinic radiation, completely or essentially free of organic solvents in the form of an oil-in-water dispersion with a pH value
