Abstract:
Disclosed is an air-drying coating substance (100 percent system) which is free of organic solvents and can be hardened in a radical or cationic manner by means of actinic radiation. Said coating substance contains (A) at least one solvent-free, air-drying alkyd resin having an oil length of 20 to 60 %, wherein 45 to 65 equivalent percent of the olefinically unsaturated double bonds contained in the unsaturated fatty acid radicals are conjugated. Also disclosed are methods for the production of the inventive coating substance and the use thereof for producing adhesive coatings.

La invencion se refiere a material de recubrimiento liquido, endurecido con radiacion actinica, completa o esencialmente libre de solventes organicos, que comprende: (A) al menos dos compuestos de la formula general (I): X-O-Y(-OH)-Z-Gr, en donde las variables tienen las siguientes designaciones: X representa un radical aromatico teniendo 6 a 14 atomos de carbono, un radical aromatico heterociclico teniendo 5 a 20 atomos de anillo o un radical de alquilo teniendo 6 a 30 atomos de carbono; Y representa un radical organico trivalente; Z representa un grupo funcional de acoplamiento; y Gr representa un radical organico con al menos un grupo que se puede activar por medio de radicacion actinica; siempre y cuando al menos uno de los al menos dos compuestos (A) comprenda un radical aromatico o aromatico heterociclico X (= compuestos A1) y que al menos uno de los al menos dos compuestos (A) tenga un radical de alquilo X (= compuestos A2); (B) al menos un pigmento acido inhibidor de corrosion con base en acido polifosforico, y (C) al menos un componente seleccionado a partir del grupo que consiste de nanoparticulas y pigmentos electricamente conductores.
