Abstract: The invention relates to a foam laminate, comprising - a layer of foam enclosed by an outer skin, comprising or containing natural or synthetic rubber and at least one clear lacquer, hardened with actinic radiation and optionally, between the underside of the clear lacquer and the outer skin, a physically hardened base lacquer and/or on the side opposite the clear lacquer, or the clear lacquer and base lacquer, a physically-bonding adhesive layer, hardened with actinic radiation, comprising nanoparticles and a tackifier, or a layer of foam enclosed by an outer skin, at least one clear lacquer, hardened with actinic radiation, on the side opposite the clear lacquer, or the clear lacquer and base lacquer, a physically-bonding adhesive layer, hardened with actinic radiation, comprising nanoparticles and a tackifier and, optionally, between the underside of the clear lacquer and the outer skin, a physically hardened base lacquer, methods for production thereof and the use thereof for coating buildings, industrial plants or parts thereof in a decorative, signalling or thermal-, magnetic- or electrically-insulating manner.

Abstract: Adhesive (X) that can be cured by actinic radiation comprises: (1) at least one tackifier (T); (2) at least one low molecular weight compound (I) containing a reactive group that includes a bond activatable by actinic radiation; and (3) nanoparticles (NP). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) method for producing a physically binding adhesive layer by applying (X) then hardening it by actinic radiation; (2) similar method for producing a self-supporting adhesive film in which (X) is applied to a temporary carrier and removed after curing; and (3) laminate comprising at least one adhesive layer produced by methods (a) or (b), at least one layer of foam and at least one layer of clear lacquer.
