    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a device by which both surfaces of a strip are simultaneously cleaned no matter whether or not the both surfaces are covered and, at the same time, a roller unwound with the strip is purified by a simple method and/or can be exchanged for a new roller. CONSTITUTION: The strip 1 to be cleaned is wound and passed around the peripheral surface of a roller 2 with one of surface thereof, subsequently wound and passed around a roller 3' facing the radial direction with the other surface. A capstan 5 mounted with the rollers is revolved by 180 deg. with respect to the running direction of the strip in accordance with the extent of contamination of the winding rollers for the strip, thereby an unused roller is newly engaged with the strip and the used roller are disengaged from the strip by a clutch means and can be cleaned. The two rollers, in which one is driven and rotated by the running strip and another is in the non-driving state and the both are mutually adjoined, are connected by a driving belt 7 and can be disengaged together.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an extrusion forming apparatus of a magnetic layer capable of forming a layer free from a streak even if the formed layer is extremely thin without bringing about the mixing of both wet layers after a magnetic powder dispersion is applied to a magnetic layer support sheet. CONSTITUTION: In an extrusion forming apparatus of a magnetic layer having extrusion slits 8, 8' at least at two places and characterized by that the center line between these slits stands erect with respect to the surface of a layer support sheet and the front surface 15 of the separator 16 between both slits is an obliquely downwardly inclined surface, the edge 5 of a magnet 2 is arranged behind the layer support sheet in opposed relation to an extrusion opening and a magnetizable layer is formed while extruded from the extrusion opening 3 and the edge 5 of the magnet 2 is positioned at the height level of the common extrusion opening of both slits.
