PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparing method to stably maintain plant growth-regulating active ingredients which are salts of organic compounds. Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for preparing an aqueous suspension of an organic pesticide compound, which has a solubility in water of not more than 2 g/l at 20°C and a melting point of not more than 110°C and which is capable of forming at least one crystalline modification, wherein the organic pesticide compound is present in the form of essentially crystalline particles, which process comprises: a) providing an aqueous emulsion of the organic pesticide compound, wherein the organic pesticide compound is present in the form droplets of an amorphous form of the organic pesticide compound, and b) addition of an aqueous suspension of said organic pesticide compound, wherein the organic pesticide compound is present in the form of essentially crystalline particles, wherein the addition in step b) is performed at a temperature below the melting temperature of the crystalline form of the organic pesticide compound.

The present invention relates to compositions comprising (a1) a fungicidal triazole; and (b1) ethoxylated 2-propylheptanol having a mole average degree of ethoxylation from 7.5 to 8.5, to kits comprising the triazole and alcohol alkoxylate in separate containers, as well as to their uses in the agricultural field. The present invention also relates to use of ethoxylated 2-propylheptanol having a degree of ethoxylation from 7.5 to 8.5 as adjuvant and surfactant safener.

Liquid pesticide composition containing N-phenylsemicarbazone pesticide compounds The present invention relates to liquid pesticide compositions which contain at least one N-phenylsemicarbazone of the formula (A) wherein R 1 and R 2 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, CN, C 1 -C 4 alkyl, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 haloalkyl or C 1 -C 4 haloalkoxy and R 3 is C 1 -C 4 alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 haloalkyl or C 1 -C 4 haloalkoxy. The invention also relates to a process for preparing the liquid pesticide compositions and to spray liquors of the invention, respectively, and to their use for plant and material protection.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a use of a copolymer comprising N-vinyllactam, and vinylimidazol or a quaternized vinylimidazol in polymerized form as dispersing agent in an aqueous composition containing a water-insoluble pesticide. Further on, it relates to an aqueous composition which contains a copolymer comprising in polymerized form at least 20 mol% N-vinyllactam, and at least 1 mol% vinylimidazol or a quaternized vinylimidazol, a water-insoluble pesticide, and a dissolved salt. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the said composition by mixing water, the water- insoluble pesticide, the salt and the copolymer. Another subject is a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired attack by insects or mites and/or for regulating the growth of plants, where said composition is allowed to act on the particular pests, their habitat or the plants to be protected from the particular pest, the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or the useful plants and/or their habitat.

The present invention is related to a method for the pesticidal treatment of crops which have a final growth height of at least 140 cm, comprising the treatment with an encapsulated pesticide at a growth height of the crop of up to 120 cm. The invention further relates to a composition comprising an encapsulated pesticide and a composition comprising a mixture of an encapsulated pesticide and a non-encapsulated, additional pesticide. Finally, the invention also relates to a use of an encapsulated pesticide for the pesticidal treatment of crop which has a final growth height of at least 140 cm at a growth height of the crop of less than 120 cm.

Composición pesticida líquida, que comprende: a) del 5 al 60% en peso, basándose en el peso total de la composición, de un compuesto pesticida de fórmula A**Fórmula** en la que R11 y R12 son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, alquilo C1-C4, alcoxilo C1-C4, haloalquilo C1-C4 o haloalcoxilo C1-C4 y R13 es alcoxilo C1-C4, haloalquilo C1-C4 o haloalcoxilo C1-C4, o una sal agrícolamente aceptable del mismos; b) un disolvente seleccionado de agua y alcoholes C2-C4 polihidroxilados y mezclas de los mismos, siendo el compuesto insecticida de fórmula A soluble en el disolvente en una cantidad de no más de 2 g/l a 25ºC/1013 mbar; c) uno o más tensioactivos; en la que el compuesto A está presente en forma de partículas que se dispersan en la mezcla de disolvente y tensioactivo y que tienen una mediana del diámetro en volumen, tal como se determina mediante dispersión de luz dinámica, en el intervalo de desde 50 hasta 800 nm.
