Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method for making a multilayered molded article having a completely reusable structure. SOLUTION: The injection molding method for manufacturing a completely reusable multilayered article is characterized in that it has a step wherein a multilayered article is composed of (i) a hard layer made of a thermoplastic polymer and (ii) a foamed skin layer made of the thermoplastic polymer having a compatibility with the hard layered material and which injection molds the hard layer to a mold having two surfaces, a step which forms a small clearance of 3-4 mm between the hard layer and the surface of the floated or replaced mold by floating the one surface of the mold or replacing the one surface of the mold, and a step which injects the foamed skin layer into the clearance having been formed.
