The present invention relates to a composition comprising an active and a graft copol-ymer obtainable by free-radical polymerization of a monomer mixture comprising N-vinyllactam, vinyl ester, and an alcohol alkoxylate. It further relates to a method for pre-paring said composition by mixing the pesticide and the graft copolymer,and to a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired attack by insects or mites and/or for regulating the growth of plants.

The present invention provides a composition comprising a pesticide and a copolymer, which contains in polymerized form an amide (monomer A) containing at least one of N-vinyllactame, N-C1-C6 alkyl acrylamide and N,N-di-Ci-C6 alkyl acrylamide; a poly(C2-6 alkylene glycol) (meth)acrylate and/or a mono C1-22 alkyl terminated poly(C2-6 alkylene glycol) (meth)acrylate (monomer B); and a Ci-Cs alkyl (meth)acrylate (monomer C). Further on, it provides a process for preparing said composition by contacting the pesticide and the copolymer; a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or unwanted plant growth and/or unwanted insect or mite infestation and/or for regulating the growth of plants, wherein said composition is caused to act on the respective pests, their habitat or the plants to be protected from the respective pest, to the soil and/or to unwanted plants and/or the crop plants and/or their habitat; and a plant propagation material comprising said composition.

A cured product of a liquid complex coacervate includes a macroion phase of a polyanion, a polycation, and a salt; wherein the polyanion has repeating units including one or more of a carboxylate group, a sulfonate group, a phosphonate group, a sulfate group, or a phosphate group; and wherein the polycation has repeating units including one or more of a nitrogen-containing cationic group, a phosphorus-containing cationic group, or a sulfur-containing cationic group; provided that when the polycation is poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium), the poly anion is not polystyrene sulfonate, or when the polyanion is polystyrene sulfonate, the polycation is not poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium). Methods of forming coatings are also disclosed.
