Verwendung einer Mischung a) eines hydroxyterminierten Polyethers der Blockstruktur (A) (EO)x1'–(PO)y1 –(EO)x1'', wobei y1 40 bis 70 beträgt und (x1'+x1'') 30 –60 beträgt und (x1' + x1'') / y1 kleiner 1 ist (Komponente A), und b) eines hydroxyterminierten Polyethers der Blockstruktur (B) (EO)x2'–(PO)y2 –(EO)x2'', wobei y2 15 bis 55 und ( x2' + x2'') 2 –50 beträgt und (x2' + x2'') / y2 kleiner 1 ist (Komponente B), wobei (x1' + x1'') / y1 > (x2' + x2'') / y2 ist,zur Solubilisierung von in Wasser schwerlöslichen Wirkstoffen, welche bei 25 °C und 0.1013 MPa eine Wasserlöslichkeit von nicht mehr als 5 g/l aufweisen, in wässrigen Formulierungen.

The present invention relates to an agrochemical composition containing a pesticide and a copolymer, which contains in polymerized format least 20 wt% vinylimidazol and/or a quaternized vinylimidazol,an acidic comonomer, anda hydrophobic comonomer, which comprises C 1-22 alkyl (meth)acrylate, mono C 1-22 alkyl terminated poly(ethylene glycol)(meth)acrylate, vinyl ester of aliphatic C 1-32 carboxylic acids, or vinyl C 1-4 alkyl ether. It further relates to a method for preparing said composition by mixing the pesticide and the copolymer; and to a use of said copolymer as dispersing agent in a composition containing a pesticide. In addition it relates to a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired attack by insects or mites and/or for regulating the growth of plants, where said composition is allowed to act on the particular pests, their habitat or the plants to be protected from the particular pest, the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or the useful plants and/or their habitat. Finally, it relates to seed containing the said composition.

The invention relates to a hyperbranched polymer comprising a) a hyperbranched polycondensate with hydroxyl and/or amino end groups condensed to b) one or more linking groups connected to c1) one or more polyethylene glycol monomethyl ethers and c2) one or more poly(C 2 -C 3 )alkylene glycol mono-(C 8 -C 22 )-alkyl ethers, wherein the weight ratio of components c1) : c2) is from 9 : 1 to 1 : 9. It further relates to a process for producing the polymer, to a composition comprising the polymer and an active ingredient, and to a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi or undesired vegetation or insect or acarid infestations or for regulating the growth of plants.

The present invention relates to an aqueous co-formulation of metalaxyl, which contains: i. metalaxyl, in particular metalaxyl-M; ii. at least one organic pesticide compound PC1, which has a solubility in water of at most 1 g/l at 20°C and a melting point in the range from 40 to 100°C; and iii. an aqueous phase containing water and at least one surfactant; wherein the at least one organic pesticide compound PC1 is present in the form of particles suspended in the aqueous phase and where metalaxyl is essentially present dissolved in the aqueous phase and where the surfactant comprises at least one salt of an oligomer or polymer having a plurality of arylsulfonyl groups. The invention also relates to a process for preparing such formulations, which comprises the following steps: a) providing a suspension of metalaxyl in an aqueous phase containing water, at least one surfactant, which comprises at least one salt of an oligomer or polymer having a plurality of arylsulfonyl groups, b) treating the suspension until metalaxyl is essentially dissolved, to obtain an aqueous composition of metalaxyl, wherein metalaxyl is present in dissolved form; c) mixing the aqueous composition of metalaxyl obtained in step b) with an aqueous suspension of the further organic pesticide compound PC1.

The present invention provides a composition comprising a) at least 1 % by weight of copolymer synthesized from monomers M comprising i) at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer M1 containing sulfonic acid groups, ii) at least one monomer M2 selected from C 1 -C 4 alkyl (meth)acrylates, and iii) at least one monomer M3 selected from C 6 -C 22 alkyl (meth)acrylates; b) at least 10% by weight of organic solvent; c) not more than 10% by weight of water; d) at least 1 % by weight of water-insoluble pesticide; and e) at least 1 % by weight of nonionic surfactant. Further provided is a process for preparing this composition by contacting the copolymer, the organic solvent, the water-insoluble pesticide, and the nonionic surfactant. The invention relates additionally to the agrochemical application of the composition.

The present invention relates to coated inert granules whose coating comprises at least one polymer, at least one agriculturally active ingredient and at least one dispersant. It also relates to a process for preparation of said granules comprising the steps (1) treating at least onepolymer, at least one agriculturally active ingredient and at least one dispersant with water, (2) treating inert granules with the aqueous composition of step (1), and (3) drying the composition of step (2). The present invention also relates to a method of combating harmful insects, phytopathogenic fungi and controlling undesired vegetation with said granules.
