    Abstract: Elementos compuestos que presentan la siguiente estructura laminar: (i) 2 a 20 mm de metal, (ii) 10 a 300 mm de productos de poliadición de poliisocianato, obtenibles mediante reacción de (a) isocianatos con (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianatos, en presencia de un 0,1 a un 50 % en volumen, referido al volumen de productos de poliadición de poliisocianato, de al menos un gas (c), así como, en caso dado, (d) catalizadores y/o (e) substancias auxiliares y/o aditivos, (iii) 2 a 20 mm de metal, caracterizados porque el gas (c) es un compuesto que es gaseoso a una temperatura de 25ºC y una presión de 1 bar, y porque el gas (c) se mezcla con una mezcla de reacción que contiene los componentes (a) isocianato, (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato, y en caso dado (d) catalizadores y/o (e) substancias auxiliares y/o aditivos, y/o los componentes aislados (a) isocianato, (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato y/o el componente (A), un combinación de componentes (b), compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato, en caso dado catalizadores (d) y/o substancias auxiliares y/o aditivo(s), de modo que las burbujas de gas de (c) en el componente líquido habitual presentan un tamaño de 0,0001 a 10 mm.

    Abstract: Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schiffsrümpfen, Laderaumabdeckungen oder Brücken enthalten Verbundelemente, die folgende Schichtstruktur aufweisen (i) 2 bis 20 mm Metall, i)10 bis 100 mm kompakte Polyisocyanat-Polyadditionsprodukte erhältlich durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanaten mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von (c) Katalysatoren und/oder (d) Hilfs- und/oder Zusatzstoffen, (iii)2 bis 20 mm Metall, wobei die Oberflächen von (i) und (iii), die zu (ii) gerichtet sind, vor der Umsetzung von (a) mit (b) zwischen (i) und (iii) mit Sand bestrahlt man als (b) eine Mischung einsetzt, die enthält: (b1) 40 bis 99 Gew.-% Polyetherpolyalkohol mit einer mittleren Funktionalität von 1,5 bis 2,99 und einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von 400 bis 8000 und (b2) 1 bis 60 Gew.-% Polyetherpolyalkohol mit einer mittleren Funktionalität von 3 bis 5 und einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von 150 bis 8000. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Schiffsrümpfe, Laderaumabdeckungen oder Brücken mit Verbundelemente die mit diesem Verfahren hergestellt wurden.
