Abstract: The invention relates to composite elements with the following layer structure: (i) 2-20mm metal, (ii) 10-100 mm compact polyisocyanate polyaddition products obtained by reacting (a) isocyanates with (b) compounds that are reactive with respect to isocyanates, optionally in the presence of (c) catalysts and/or (d) auxiliary agents and/or additives, (iii) 2-20mm metal, whereby an elasticity module of > 275 MPa exhibits in the temperature range -45 to +50 DEG C an adhesion of > 4 MPa to (i) and (iii), an extension of > 30 % in the temperature range -45 to +50 DEG C; a tensile strength of > 20 MPa and a compressive strength of > 20 MPa.

Abstract: Elementos compuestos que presentan la siguiente estructura laminar: (i) 2 a 20 mm de metal, (ii) 10 a 300 mm de productos de poliadición de poliisocianato, obtenibles mediante reacción de (a) isocianatos con (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianatos, en presencia de un 0,1 a un 50 % en volumen, referido al volumen de productos de poliadición de poliisocianato, de al menos un gas (c), así como, en caso dado, (d) catalizadores y/o (e) substancias auxiliares y/o aditivos, (iii) 2 a 20 mm de metal, caracterizados porque el gas (c) es un compuesto que es gaseoso a una temperatura de 25ºC y una presión de 1 bar, y porque el gas (c) se mezcla con una mezcla de reacción que contiene los componentes (a) isocianato, (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato, y en caso dado (d) catalizadores y/o (e) substancias auxiliares y/o aditivos, y/o los componentes aislados (a) isocianato, (b) compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato y/o el componente (A), un combinación de componentes (b), compuestos reactivos frente a isocianato, en caso dado catalizadores (d) y/o substancias auxiliares y/o aditivo(s), de modo que las burbujas de gas de (c) en el componente líquido habitual presentan un tamaño de 0,0001 a 10 mm.
