Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing an aqueous dispersion of microparticles containing a water-insoluble, solid, non-polymeric, organic active or functional material (M) and an aminoplast resin (A) which surrounds or embeds material (M), which comprises the following steps: i) providing an aqueous slurry of the material (M) in the form of coarse particles; ii) subjecting the aqueous slurry to shear forces such that the coarse particles of the material (M) are comminuted and an aqueous suspension of fine particles of the material (M) is obtained; iii) performing a polycondensation of an aminoplast pre-condensate during step (ii) or in the aqueous suspension of the fine particles of the material (M) obtained in step (ii); wherein step (ii) is performed in the presence of at least one protective colloid and in the presence of at least a portion of the aminoplast pre-condensate subjected to the polycondensation of step (iii).

Abstract: Un proceso para preparar una dispersión acuosa de microcápsulas que contienen un material orgánico sólido, seleccionado de compuestos agrícolas activos, y una resina de aminoplasto que rodea o incrusta el material sólido, el cual comprende los siguientes pasos: i. proporcionar una suspensión acuosa de un material sólido en forma de partículas gruesas, ii. someter la suspensión acuosa a fuerzas de cizallamiento para desmenuzar las partículas gruesas, mediante lo cual se obtiene una suspensión acuosa de partículas finas del material orgánico sólido; iii) realizar una policondensación de un precondensado de aminoplasto en la suspensión acuosa obtenida en la etapa ii.; en donde la molienda de la etapa ii. se realiza en presencia de al menos un coloide protector y al menos una parte del precondensado de aminoplasto sometido a la policondensación de la etapa iii.

Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir nanopartículas híbridas que comprendan por lo menos un material inorgánico y por lo menos un material orgánico polimérico, que a su vez comprenda por lo menos los pasos de: (A) proporcionar una emulsión que comprenda una fase dispersa (1) que comprenda por lo menos un compuesto precursor del material orgánico polimérico - que es por lo menos uno - y por lo menos un compuesto que causa la precipitación del material inorgánico que es por lo menos uno, una fase acuosa continua (II), y opcionalmente por lo menos un compuesto que cause la polimerización del compuesto precursor - que es por lo menos uno - y que está presente en la fase dispersa (I), en la fase acuosa continua (II) o en ambas fases (I) y (II), (B) adicionar por lo menos un compuesto precursor del material inorgánico - que es por lo menos uno - a la emulsión del paso (A), de modo que se forme el material inorgánico - que es por lo menos uno - mediante precipitación en la fase dispersa; (C) adicionar opcionalmente por lo menos un compuesto que cause la polimerización del compuesto precursor - que es por lo menos uno - del material orgánico polimérico - que es por lo menos uno - si no se lo ha hecho en el paso (A), y (D) polimerizar el compuesto precursor - que es por lo menos uno - del material orgánico polimérico, que es por lo menos uno. La presente invención se refiere además a nanopartículas producibles mediante el procedimiento según la invención, y al uso de nanopartículas de la invención en sistemas ópticos, electrónicos, químicos, agroquímicos, medicinales, farmacéuticos y/o biotecnológicos o para la administración de por lo menos un ingrediente activo.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing hybrid nanoparticles containing at least one inorganic material and at least one polymer organic material, comprising at least the following steps: (A) providing an emulsion comprising a disperse phase (I) containing at least one precursor compound of the at least one polymer organic material, and at least one compound which effects the precipitation of the at least one inorganic material, a continuous aqueous phase (II) and, if appropriate, at least one compound which effects the polymerization of the at least one precursor compound, wherein these are present in the disperse phase (I), in the continuous aqueous phase (II) or in both phases (I) and (II), (B) adding at least one precursor compound of the at least one inorganic material to the emulsion from step (A), such that the at least one inorganic material is formed in the disperse phase by means of precipitation, (C) if appropriate, adding at least one compound which effects the polymerization of the at least one precursor compound of the at least one polymer organic material, if this has not taken place in step (A), and (D) polymerizing the at least one precursor compound of the at least one polymer organic material. The invention further relates to nanoparticles that can be produced by the method according to the invention, and to the use of a nanoparticle according to the invention in optical, electronic, chemical, agrochemical, medical, pharmaceutical and/or biotechnological systems or for the administration of at least one active substance.
