    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane for reactive coating, which has a high permeability to water and hose binder component can be stored at high humidities. SOLUTION: The isocyanate functional binder comprises a) 20-90% of a copolyether having an average molar mass of 2,500-6,000, an OH functionality of 3 and 5-20 wt.% of ethylene oxide(EO), 90% or more of the EO being of a block form; b) 0-50% of a copolyether having an average molar mass of 1,500-3,000, an OH functionality of 2 and 40-60% of EO, 20% or less of the EO being of a block form; c) 0-30% of a diol having an average molar mass of 1,500-3,000 and containing no EO; d) 10-30% of a diisocyanate having an average molar mass of 140-340; and e) 0-10% of a 2.5-4.5 NCO-functional polyisocyanate, EO in a)+b) being 5-40%, the molar ration of b) to a) being 0-3, the ratio of OH in a)+b)+c) to NCO in d) being 0.5 or less, and has 2-8 wt.% of NCO based on the binder.
