Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an interface for a liquid chromatograph capable of solvent replacing and component concentrating. CONSTITUTION: The interface for removing solvent from solution has a) a base for specifying chamber 3, b) a guide bar 1 extended from the first end to the second end of the chamber, c) a heat source for heating the region for enclosing the bar 1, d) an inlet 5 for directing the solvent from the solution and replacing solvent downward along the bar 1, and e) effluent taking unit having a sample collecting ring 7 engaged with the periphery of the bar 1.
