Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple and low-cost manufacture to obtain a reliability by conductively connecting connection wires of a cable harness directly to electric connection elements on a substrate and at least partly embedding the harness in a seal medium involving connections. SOLUTION: A laminate substrate 20 has metal support plates 10 having notches at connection regions of connection electrodes on the substrate 20. A cable harness 60 has connection wires conductively connected to the connection elements of the substrate 20. A seal medium 70 is disposed to embed at least a part of the cable harness 60 in regions of connecting the connection wires of the harness 60 at the notches 11 to the connection elements of the substrate 20. This prevents the harness 60 from being broken by the corrosion or vibration, thereby prolonging the life.
