PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber composition for repairing a pneumatic tire which can be sufficiently filled in the external damage of a rubber tire even when the damage is narrow and deep, does not scorch in an injection gun, and can form a repaired part of good durability by mixing a rubber component with a specified organic unsaturated fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:The rubber composition comprises 100 pts.wt. at least one rubber component selected from natural and synthetic diene rubbers and 0.5-20 pts.wt. organic unsaturated fatty acid having at least two C-C double bonds in the molecule and containing at least 10wt.% conjugated dienoic acid having a pair of conjugated C-C double bonds in the molecule. This composition may further contain carbon black, silica, process oil, antioxidant, vulcanization accelerator, zinc white, sulfur, etc. The process oil is used in an amount of desirably 10wt.% or below. When it is added in an amount of above 10 pts.wt.%, the modulus of elasticity is lowered.

PURPOSE:To improve the thermal aging resistance and weatherability of a bead part by forming a covering rubber layer arranged on the inside in the radial direction of a bead part by attaching an unvulcanized rubber sheet containing a vulcanization super-accelerating agent in a vulcanized bead part and then carrying out vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:Each unvulcanized rubber sheet is attached on both the inner side 3a and the back surface 3b side in the radial direction of a vulcanized bead part 3, and only the unvulcanized rubber sheet is partially vulcanized to form a covering rubber layer 13, and vulcanization attached on the inner surface 3a and back surface 3b in the radial direction of the bead part 3. The unvulcanized rubber sheet is allowed to contain the vulcanization superaccelerating agent such as dithiocarbamic acid salt, and vulcanization can be completed in a short time. Accordingly, the transition of sulfur and antioxidation improvement agent during the vulcanization of the unvulcanized rubber sheet can be suppressed.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively suppress the generation of the rubbing or cracking of a rim by bonding an unvulcanized rubber sheet to at least the inside of the bead part of a vulcanized tire in the radius direction thereof and vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber sheet to bond the same to the bead part of the vulcanized tire. CONSTITUTION:At the time of vulcanization, by vulcanizing a bead part 3 using a slightly large bladder ring, the inner diameter of the bead part 3 is made slightly larger than a set radius and the axial distance between rears 3b is made slightly small. Next, at least to the inside of the bead part 3 of the tire 1 thus vulcanized in the radius direction thereof, in this example, to the inside and rear of the bead 3 of the tire in the radius direction thereof, an unvulcanized rubber sheet S with thickness (t), concretely, with thickness of about 0.5-2.0mm is bonded. Thereafter, only the unvulcanized rubber sheet S is partially vulcanized to bond the unvulcanized rubber sheet S to the inner surface 3a and rear 3b of the bead part 3 of the vulcanized tire 1 in the radius direction thereof.

PURPOSE:To improve ozone-proof ability without spoiling its external appearance by mixing wax having a high proportion of non normal paraffin into the inner layer of a sidewall, and also mixing wax having a high proportion of normal paraffin into the outer layer. CONSTITUTION:In a pneumatic tire, a sidewall for covering and protecting a carcass 5 has a two layered sidewall structure consisting of the inner layer 2b adjacent to the carcass 5 and the outer layer 2a arranged outside of it. In the above-mentioned constitution, against 100 weight part of rubber component consisting of diene-related rubber, a rubber constituent (A) obtained by mixing 1-6 weight part of oil paraffin wax, in which straight chain hydrocarbon content exceeds 80 weight %, is arranged as the above-mentioned outer layer 2a. Furthermore, against 100 weight part of the rubber component consisting of the diene-related rubber, a rubber constituent (B) obtained by mixing 2-10 weight part of the oil paraffin wax, in which non straight chain hydrocarbon content exceeds 20 weight %, is arranged as the above-mentioned inner layer. Thereby, excellent ozone-proof ability can be fully displayed, and also a fine appearance of the sidewall can be maintained.

PURPOSE:To obtain an improved foamable rubber composition which has a stable degree of expansion and can give stable properties by mixing a diene rubber with a combination of a specified blowing agent with a vulcanization accelerator. CONSTITUTION:A foamable rubber composition suitable for the formation of closed cells is obtained by mixing a rubber component comprising at least one diene rubber with a combination of p,p'-oxybis(benzenesulfonylhydrazide) as a blowing agent with N,N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide as a vulcanization accelerator. This composition has a degree of expansion, expansion initiation time and a scorch time stabilized against variations in production steps such as an extrusion temperature, an environment of standing of unvulcanized rubber and a standing time and can give stable properties. A pneumatic tire whose tread is made from this composition can be remarkably improved in the degree of expansion of a product without detriment to the productivity, so that the quality can be stabilized.

PURPOSE:To improve ozone-proof ability without spoiling its external appearance by arranging a rubber constituent, in which a mixing volume of paraffin wax is increased in order of the outermost layer, the middle layer and the inner most layer, as a sidewall for covering a carcass. CONSTITUTION:A sidewall for covering a carcass 5 of a pneumatic tire is constituted in a three layered structure consisting of the innermost layer 2c adjacent to the carcass 5, the middle layer 2b arranged outside of it and the outermost layer 2a arranged outside further of it. A rubber constituent, in which a mixing volume of paraffin wax is increased in order of the outermost layer 2a, the middle layer 2b and the innermost layer 2c, is arranged as the sidewall. Furthermore, the rubber constituent of the outermost layer 2a is obtained by mixing less than 3 weight part of the paraffin wax against 100 weight part of rubber component, and also the ratios of the mixing volumes (unit weight part) of the paraffin wax into the outermost layer 2a, the middle layer 2b and the innermost layer 2c are set in such a way that the outermost layer 2a is below 0.8 and the innermost layer 2c is 1.2-3.0, assuming that the ratio of the middle layer 2b is set as 1.
