    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid an imperfect rim assembling by providing a curved flange of a standard rim and a swelling heel which leads to close contact with the round corner recessed fillet of the standard prior to the contact between the curved flange and the outer face of the bead section facing to the curved flange. CONSTITUTION:A pneumatic tire 1 has a bead section 3 closely fitting to its inclined bead sheet 6 to a standard rim 2. The standard rim 2 is provided with a round corner recessed fillet 7 stretching next to the inclined bead sheet 6, a flange 8 further overhanging than this fillet 7, and a curved flange 9 bent outward. In this case, the swelling heel 10 is integrated with the bead section 3 in a body. This swelling heel 10 is provided prior to lead to the close contact with round corner recessed fillet 7 over the whole periphery of the fillet 7 prior to the contact caused between the curved flange 9 and the outer face of the bead section 3 facing to the curved flange 9. This constitution leads the seating of the rim 2 on the round corner recessed fillet 7, guaranteeing a sure rim assembling.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase a travelling distance under a heavy load or at high speed even after internal pressure is lowered by forming the radially outer surface of the tire contact part of a core in a shape protruding toward a crown part in its section in the lateral direction and providing the lateral position of a radially outermost part at a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION: A core 3 fitted to the outer part of the well part 41 of a rim 4 is formed in such a shape that the radially outer surface of the tire contact part 31 in contact with the inner surface of a crown part 23 when the tire 2 collapses owing to the decrease of internal pressure protrudes to the crown part 23. The lateral position of the radially outermost part 35 of this protruding shape substantially correspond to a groove 25 extending substantially in the circumferential direction of a tread 24. Thus, the travel of a relatively long distance can be achieved under heavy load or at high speed even after internal pressure is lowered.

CONSTITUTION: A rim 10 having a bead seat fitted to the bead part of a pneumatic tire 2 is produced with a resin material and the tire 2 is fitted to the rim 10 by an integral molding upon molding of the rim 10. Accordingly, the eccentiric mounting of the tire 2 on the rim 10 can be prevented to have a preferable uniformity and decrease weight. The height of a rim flange can be set high without considering a rim assembling operation.

The inner ring assembled body 10 is also rotated sliding on the well part 14A of a rim 14 by the force provided from the pneumatic tire 12 so as to prevent rubbing between the crown part inner surface 18A of the pneumatic tire 12 and the radial outer end of the inner ring. At this time, a great deal of frictional heat is generated at the contact face of the inner ring assembled body 10 with the well part 14A of the rim 14, but the inner ring assembled body 10 stands this frictional heat because of being formed of compound resin material of 7000-120000kg/cm in the modulus of flexural elasticity, 10-25kg/cm in Izod deformation temperature.
