    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the weight accuracy of cut off rubber piece by a method in which the weight approximate to a set weight is cut off at the first cutting, and a rubber piece of prescribed weight is supplemented at a second cutting. CONSTITUTION:The weight per unit length of a black 13 is sought, and the first cutting off length T is determined from the first objective weight U obtained by subtracting a specified weight N from a set weight R and the weight per unit length, thereby cutting off the rubber piece of a length T of the first cut from the block 13. Next, the second cutting off length X is determined from the second objective weight W obtained by subtracting the weight of the first rubber piece K1 from the set weight R and the weight per unit length, thereby cutting off the second rubber piece K2 of the second cutting off length X from the block13 again. These first and second cut off pieces K1, K2 are together supplied.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make improvements in labor-saving and operation efficiency by installing a guide rail connecting a carriage and a recovery block at the upper part, a mobile frame shiftable along this rail, a lifting frame supported on this mobile frame at a lifting process, and a holding claw attached to this frame and capable of opening or closing and holding a core. CONSTITUTION:When a strip member is fully rewound out of a roll 4 and a core 7 becomes emptied, a conveyor 1 receives the empty core 7 and a carriage 3 supporting this core from a rewinder, transferring them up to a receiving station A along a rail 2. If so, a motor 25 of a recoverer 11 operates, whereby this recoverer 11 is guided by a guide rail 14 and moved up to a spot just above the receiving station A. Next, a cylinder 32 is operated, and a lifting frame 31 and a holding claw 42 are lowered and simultaneously opening it, thus both ends in the axial direction of the core 7 are held by this claw 42. Then, the claw 42 is lifted up by the cylinder 32, receiving the core 7 from the carriage 3. Successively the recoverer 11 is moved up to a spot just above an alignment mechanism 49 and then the claw 42 is lowered, thus the core 7 is mounted on an alignment plate 53.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To install a label F automatically by installing a pinch means, a mobile means, a detecting means and a control means which drives and controls the said mobile means and moves the pinch means up to a position, where the detecting means detects the fitting position of a lap, while controls ON-OFF operation of the pinch means. CONSTITUTION:An F 4 on which information of a rubber sheet 6 discharged out of an F automatic issuer 1 is printed, is held between claws 45, 46 by drive of an air chuck 43. When it is detected by a photoswitch, a rotary actuator 40 is driven on the basis of the detecting signal, and thereby the chuck 43 is rotated as far as 180 deg.. Next, a slide cylinder 30 is driven, and the chuck 43 projects the F 4 to the right and moves to the right in keeping it pinched intact. Then, a cell lock cylinder 19 is driven and the chuck 43 goes down, so that the cylinder 19 is stopped at a spot where a detecting rod 51 is made contact with a top surface of the sheet and a proximity switch is turned on, and the chuck 43 has a tip of the F 4 situated on the sheet 6. Then, the sheet 6 is refolded and the F 4 is held in between.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To install a label F automatically and thereby aim at the promotion of labor saving by installing a pinch means pinching the partial F issued out of an F issuer, a mobile means moving this pinch means and a control means driving and controlling the pinch means and mobile means. CONSTITUTION:A control means drives and controls a rotary actuator 11 and an air chuck 14 on the basis of each detection signal out of photoswitch 21 and so on. An F automatic issuer 1 inputs information of a rubber sheet 6 to which an F is attached and prints it, then the F 4 is cut into the specified length and discharged to a discharge port 2. At this time, the F 4 so far dis charged is inserted into an space between upper and lower claws 16, 17 and held between them. On the other hand, the rubber sheet 6 is wound by a drive roll, and it is suspended by leaving some fixed length behind before the determi nation and remains on standby till the F is installed. Next, the rotary actuator 11 is driven and thereby the air chuck 14 is rotated as far as 180 deg.. The F 4, however, situates its tip on the rubber sheet 6, and mounted on this sheet and then it is inserted between the sheets 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To save energy by allowing an elevating/sinking means to raise a belt conveyor even after it contacts a roll at the starting or finishing time of winding-off, lifting the roll, and winding off or rewinding the beginning part of a band from/to the roll. CONSTITUTION:When winding-off of a band 7 from a roll 5 of a dolly 2 positioned in a windoff station is finished, the roll 5 stops rotating, but because the band 7 is paid off in a certain specified length, a lifter 42 of a windoff/ rewind mechanism 41 is actuated and a belt conveyor 56 elevated so as to put a belt 49 in contact for heaving the roll 5, and this belt 49 is run to rewind the beginning part of the band 7. When the roll 5 used is sent to the windoff station, the roll 5 is lifted alike, and the belt 49 is run reversely to wind off the beginning part of the band 7. Thus the energy is saved, and supplying work made effective.
