Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain test results in an early stage while the rapture of a sheet is prevented by punching a sample from the sheet immediately after the sheet is formed with a cutter moving at a constant speed and transferring the sample by holding the sample with the cutter. CONSTITUTION:The cutter 38 of a sample forming means 55 forms samples R by punching a rubber sheet S while the sheet S is continuously carried 24 immediately after the sheet S is formed. Since the cutter 38 moves at nearly the same speed as that of the sheet S, it is not required to stop the rotation of a sheeting roll 21 rotated for forming the sheet S and no rapture occurs in the sheet S. The cutter 38 holds and transfers the sample R and delivers the sample to a carrying means 72 at the place of delivery. The means 72 holds and carries the sample R and transfers the sample R to a sample carrying conveyor 82. The conveyor 82 carries the sample R to an inspecting machine 85. Since the means 55 and 72 transfers and carries the sample by holding the sample R in such a way, the sample R can be reliably carried to the machine 85. In addition, since the sample is taken immediately after the sheet S is formed, inspection results can be obtained at an early stage.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make improvements in labor-saving and operation efficiency by installing a guide rail connecting a carriage and a recovery block at the upper part, a mobile frame shiftable along this rail, a lifting frame supported on this mobile frame at a lifting process, and a holding claw attached to this frame and capable of opening or closing and holding a core. CONSTITUTION:When a strip member is fully rewound out of a roll 4 and a core 7 becomes emptied, a conveyor 1 receives the empty core 7 and a carriage 3 supporting this core from a rewinder, transferring them up to a receiving station A along a rail 2. If so, a motor 25 of a recoverer 11 operates, whereby this recoverer 11 is guided by a guide rail 14 and moved up to a spot just above the receiving station A. Next, a cylinder 32 is operated, and a lifting frame 31 and a holding claw 42 are lowered and simultaneously opening it, thus both ends in the axial direction of the core 7 are held by this claw 42. Then, the claw 42 is lifted up by the cylinder 32, receiving the core 7 from the carriage 3. Successively the recoverer 11 is moved up to a spot just above an alignment mechanism 49 and then the claw 42 is lowered, thus the core 7 is mounted on an alignment plate 53.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the loss and environmental pollution due to the scattering of compounding chemicals and to stabilize the quality of a kneaded substance by kneading compounding chemicals in a definite compounding wt. CONSTITUTION:The compounding chemicals suspended in a casing 12 are sucked by a second dust collector through a transport pipe 32 and a duct 39 to be recovered. By always operating the second dust collector 40 during kneading, the compounding chemicals in the casing 12 are prevented from going out to the outside. By this constitution, the loss of the compounding chemicals is eliminated and the quality of a compounded kneaded substance is stabilized and the pollution around this apparatus is prevented. The compounding chemicals bonded to a filter are allowed to fall by operating a vibrator at a predetermined time interval. When a predetermined amt. of the compounding chemicals are accumulated in a transport pipe 58, the amt. of the compounding chemicals of a next process is reduced by the accumulation amt. of the compounding chemicals and the accumulated compounding chemicals are supplied to the casing 12 to be reutilized.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a material to the leading end part of a screw and to smoothly and perfectly emit and extrude the material by providing a spiral groove to the leading end part of a screw shaft in the direction reverse to the twist direction of a flight. CONSTITUTION:For example, a recessed part 19 having a circular arc-shaped cross section revolving in the direction reverse to the revolving direction of a flight 15 is spirally formed to the leading end 14F of the shaft of a screw centering around the axis 14C of the screw 13. In this case, the area around the axis of the leading end part of the shaft becomes the direction reverse to the flight 15 and also becomes large. Therefore, a spiral groove is cut in the leading end part of the shaft of the screw for an extruder in the direction reverse to the twist direction of the flight and the adhesion of a material to the leading end part of the screw can be prevented by applying the scattering force of the material closely bonded or left on the leading end part of the screw by the spiral groove. Therefore, labor becomes unnecessary in material removing work and productivity can be enhanced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To save energy by allowing an elevating/sinking means to raise a belt conveyor even after it contacts a roll at the starting or finishing time of winding-off, lifting the roll, and winding off or rewinding the beginning part of a band from/to the roll. CONSTITUTION:When winding-off of a band 7 from a roll 5 of a dolly 2 positioned in a windoff station is finished, the roll 5 stops rotating, but because the band 7 is paid off in a certain specified length, a lifter 42 of a windoff/ rewind mechanism 41 is actuated and a belt conveyor 56 elevated so as to put a belt 49 in contact for heaving the roll 5, and this belt 49 is run to rewind the beginning part of the band 7. When the roll 5 used is sent to the windoff station, the roll 5 is lifted alike, and the belt 49 is run reversely to wind off the beginning part of the band 7. Thus the energy is saved, and supplying work made effective.

Then in the tip part of the shaft 14 of the screw 13, the diameter D1 of the shaft is made larger in a tapered state in the direction of the tip, through the optimum twisted angle theta of the flight 15, an extruding sectional area to be formed by the shaft 14 and flight 15 is increased continuously extending to the rear end of the shaft from the tip of the shaft.

The rubber sheet 40 is cut in front and rear of a part in which foreign object is mixed, and at the left and right sides thereof by the cutters 60 and 70 and the blade receiving member 73, and cut pieces 40a are removed from the body of the rubber sheet 40, and are then dropped downward by means of the conveyer 20.
