The signal collection assembly (400) includes: a substrate (401); a signal collection line (4021) consisting of a sheet-like metal conductive element disposed on the substrate (401); a signal collection member (402) disposed on the substrate (401) and connected with the signal collection line (4021); and a signal collection terminal (403) disposed on the substrate (403). The signal collection terminal (403) defines a first terminal connected with the signal collection line (4021) and a second terminal connected with a power connection member (430) of the power battery module (420).
