Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and provides a control method for an electric drive system of a vehicle, an electric drive system, and a vehicle. The method includes: acquiring a current heat generation power of an electric drive system according to a current operating point of a vehicle; determining a current adjustment amplitude according to a required heating power of the vehicle and the current heat generation power; acquiring a current direct axis current value and a current quadrature axis current value of the electric motor at the current operating point of the vehicle according to a three-phase current value and a position value of the electric motor; controlling the current direct axis current value to oscillate at a preset change frequency and the current adjustment amplitude and taking the current value as a target direct axis current value; and acquiring a target quadrature axis current value according to the target direct axis current value and the shaft torque of the electric motor; acquiring an electric motor drive signal according to the target direct axis current value, the target quadrature axis current value, the current direct axis current value, and the current quadrature axis current value; and sending the electric motor drive signal to an electric motor controller, to control the operation of the electric motor.
