Abstract:
PURPOSE: To economize the manufacture of a cassette and to prolong the service life of the cassette by using an elastically deformable material for at least a part of a rocking element and also arranging a restraining device so as to enable the rocking operation. CONSTITUTION: At least a part of the rocking element 10 capable of rocking around a supporting axial line B of supporting devices 6A, 6B consists of the elastically deformable material, and the restraining devices 41, 42 are arranged so as to enable the rocking operation. A supporting protrusion 13 on the upper supporting axial line B and/or a lower part 19 of the supporting axial line B is brought into contact with the inside of an outer wall 15 in the unoperating position 10 substantially without stress. When the restraining device 42 is operated to the operating position 10", the rocking element 10 is rocked and moved to the tightened state, and the supporting protrusion 13 is brought into contact with the inside of the casing wall 15, and also the lower side part 19 is made not in contact therewith. Thus, the manufacture of the cassette is economized and the service life of the cassette is prolonged.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the vertical alignment of the pivot pin for movable tape guide element by installing a material collection section disposed asymmetrically about the center of the pin leg. CONSTITUTION: A material collection section which is arranged asymmetrically about the pin leg is provided so as to make a vertical alignment of a pin which can be determined in advance against the internal face of the pin. For instance, a narrow ring groove 17 is provided around the leg 16 of a pivot pin 14, and this ring groove is surrounded by a supporting or rotating margin 18 for a standard roller having a through supporting hole. Around this rotating margin 18, a somewhat low high place 19 is installed and this high place can possess a four-cornered traversing face or another type of face. Thus, the pin can be pulled in a specified direction by strong material contraction in the region surrounding the pin to make a specified vertical alignment of the pin in advance.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a clamp process by bringing one face of a tape into pressure-contact with a tape clamp and protruding an upper end part of the tape clamp above a profile like circular arc of a reel core by a thickness of the tape. CONSTITUTION: A tape clamp P has circular arc-like projections 21, 22, and the projections 21, 22 extend the clamp across legs 9 and 10 and have a fixed height(h). When a mounting tape or a leader tape is fixed between a step 23 and the projection 22 or 21, end fringes of respective projections are above an end part of a cutout part 15 by a thickness D of the tape. The height X of the legs 9, 10 in a W-shaped part is the same dimension as a depth of the cutout part 15 when measured from a peripheral fringe of a reel core 20. The tape locked in the tape clamp P is between a leg 11 and a bottom part of the cutout part 15. Consequently, the tape comes into contact with one side of the clamp only, and a part of the clamp sticks out from the cutout part 15 by the thickness D of the tape. Therefore, an outer face in a tape part coming out of the cutout part 15 is just at a level of a peripheral face of the tape clamp P.

PURPOSE: To incorporate a mobile relationship between an apparatus and a mobile mold carrying plate by driving via a first chain or a belt driver, and coupling one of second and third chain or belt driver to a stationary mold carrying plate and the other to the mobile mold carrying plate. CONSTITUTION: A first tuning endless belt 5 is installed at two pulleys 6, 7 rotatably mounted at mounting plates 8, 9. A movable wheel 10 mounted at a movable outer mold carrying plate 2 is engaged with the belt 5. The wheel 10 rolls on the belt as the plate moves to advance the plate toward the mold. Removing members 11, 12 such as, for example, grasping members or pressure reducing sucking members are slidable along guide rails 15, 16 between the plates of an open state by a holding plate 13 having a sliding guide cylinder 14. The rail 16 for the member 12 provided at the plate 1 is mounted at the plate 9, and provided at the plate 2.
