    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a rubber composition for tire having improved separation resistance of pneumatic tire, at a low cost, by specifying the distribution of coagulated carbon black to be compounded to a natural or synthetic rubber within a particular range. CONSTITUTION:The objective rubber composition for tire is obtained by compounding 100pts.wt. of a natural rubber and/or a synthetic rubber (e.g. styrene- butadiene copolymer rubber, polybutadiene rubber, etc.) with (B) 30-80pts.wt. of carbon black having an arithmatic average of the particle diameter (dn) of 40-50mmu determined by electron microscopy, its standard deviation (S) of 10- 20mmu, the half value width DELTAD50 (Dst) of the coagulated carbon black of 80- 110mmu determined by centrifugal precipitation, and the mode (Dst) of the distribution of 130-160mmu.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition excellent in abrasion resistance, obtained by adding a carbon black having specified properties to a diene rubber component.
    CONSTITUTION: A carbon black having an arithmetic means particle diameter as determined electron-microscopically ≤19mμ, a standard deviation in the distribution of particle diameters within the range represented by the equation, a means diameter (Stokes diameter) of agglometers of 50W80mμ, a content of particles of a diameter ≥1,000μ in the particle diameter distribution of granulated particles ≥70wt% is prepared. 30W80pts.wt. this carbon black is added to 100pts.wt diene rubber component to obtain the purpose tire tread rubber composition. As the diene rubber, styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber, polybutadiene rubber or the like can be used.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain titled composition of lower heat generation, high reinforcement and durability and effective for increasing rolling resistance when used for materials other than tread, by incorporating a diene rubber component with a carbon black having a specific sophisticated structure. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 100pts.wt. of a diene rubber component and (B) 30-60 (pref. 40-50)pts.wt. of a carbon black whose characteristics are: (1) nitrogen absorption (N2SA)...35-105 (pref. 35-65)m /g (2) DBP oil absorption ...140-200ml/100g (3) 24M4DBP oil absorption ...60- 120ml/100g and (4) DELTADBP (=DBP oil absorption minus 24M4DBP oil absorption)...50-110 (65-110)ml/100g. Higher proportion of the sophisticated structure due to weak bond (represented by DELTADBP) will lead to an improved carbon black with advantages in terms of both high durability and low heat generation.
