Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a printing process in which at least two inks are applied to a cloth according to an ink-jet system to conduct printing, which comprises at least three steps of: (a) applying the two inks to the cloth in such a manner that at least a part of the inks overlap each other; (b) subjecting the cloth, to which the inks have been applied, to a heat treatment; and (c) washing the heat-treated cloth, wherein the cloth is a cloth comprising fibers dyeable with disperse dyes, each of the inks comprises s specified coloring matter, a compound for dispersing the coloring matter and an aqueous liquid medium.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an ink-jet printing cloth which is dyed with inks containing a reactive dye and is composed mainly of silk fibers, wherein the cloth contains an alkaline substance in an amount of 0.01 to 0.8 % by weight based on the dry weight of the cloth.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a textile printing method for forming a color mixture portion by partially overlapping at least three colors of inks including disperse dyes. In the printing method, the three color inks contain at least four disperse dyes in total.
Abstract:
A water-based ink containing a pigment, a dispersant for dispersing the pigment, a water-soluble organic solvent, and water. The dispersant used is at least one compound selected from the groups (b) and (c): (b) a polymer having a hydrophilic part and a hydrophobic part, the polymer containing, as a monomer making up the hydrophobic part, 5 to 70 mol% of at least one monomer selected from the following formulae (IV) and (V), where R1 i H or CH3 and R2 is an alkyl group with 1 to 5 carbons; and (c) polyethyleneimine. The ink may be used in an apparatus and according to the present ink jet recording method.
Abstract:
Provided is an ink comprising a compound having at least one carbonyl group and a hydrazide compound selected from the group consisting of a styrene-maleic acid resin having at least two hydrazide groups, a polyacrylic acid having at least two hydrazide groups and a compound represented by the formula wherein R represents (CH2)n or C6H4, where n is an integer of 0 to 10, or the formula
Abstract:
Provided is an ink comprising water, a water-soluble organic solvent, a coloring material and a water-soluble oligomer, wherein said water-soluble oligomer is a polymer comprising at least one of monomers represented by the formulae (I), (II) and (III): CH2=C(R)-COO-(CH2CH2O)m-(CH2)pH (I> wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, m is an integer of 2 to 24 and p is an integer of 1 to 16, the formula CH2=C(R)-COO-(CH2CH2O)q-phenyl-(CH2)rH (II> wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, q is an integer of 2 to 24 and r is an integer of 0 to 16, and the formula CH2=C(X)-COO-R3 (III> wherein R3 is -CH(CH2OZ1)(CH2OZ2) or -CH2{CHOZ1(CH2OZ2)}, X is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, one of Z1 and Z2 is a hydrogen atom and the other is an alkyl group having 4 to 16 carbon atoms or a residual group of an aliphatic acid ester; or a water-soluble polyurethane obtained from monomers comprising a carboxyl type hydrophilic diol having two hydroxyl groups and one or two carboxyl groups, a diisocyanate monomer and an acetylene glycol type hydrophobic diol represented by the formula wherein R1 and R2 are each CH3-CH2- or R3 is and R4 is where n + m is N of 0 or 3
