Abstract:
A solar cell module in which at least the light receiving surface of a photovoltaic element is coated with a filler containing a vinylidene fluoride copolymer and acrylic resin. This module is weather proof, heat-resistant and scratchproof, and it has good adhesion to the photovoltaic elements (solar cells). Further, the module can maintain a desired photoelectric conversion efficiency over a long period by minimizing the performance deterioration caused by moisture permeation.
Abstract:
The objective is to reduce damage to an image caused by abnormal discharge, regardless of the usage conditions or the environment in which an electro-conductive member is used. This electro-conductive member, which is used by being brought into contact with a body to be contacted, is characterized in that: the electro-conductive member has a net-like structural body layer formed on the outer circumferential surface of an electro-conductive support body; the surface of the electro-conductive member is such that when the surface of the net-like structural body is observed, at least a portion of the net-like structural body exists in any 200 µm-square region; the net-like structural body comprises nonconductive fibers; and the mean fiber diameter of the top 10% of the fibers in terms of the fiber diameter at any measurement point in the nonconductive fibers is 0.2 - 15 µm.

Inputted image data is subjected to image processing by the matching unit 513, luminance-density conversion unit 514, input correction unit 515, masking unit 516, head shading (HS) processing unit 517, tone reproduction curve (TRC) processing unit 518 and binarize processing unit 519. The selecting unit 133 controls at least the on/off of the process operation of the HS processing unit 517 and a binarization method of the binarize processing unit 519, in accordance with an image process condition set by the setting unit 14. On account of the above, when an image is printed, it is possible to easily set image quality and processing speed that is suitable for the usage of an output image.

A light-transmissive resin sealed semiconductor is provided which is sealed at least at a light incident face of a photoelectric transducer with an organic polymer resin layer, which comprises a copolymer of ethylene and an unsaturated fatty acid ester. This light-transmissive resin sealed semiconductor has a surface layer which has high heat resistance, and low hygroscopicity, and does not liberate a free acid even in the presence of moisture. Thereby the semiconductor is prevented from deterioration of performances caused by the drop of the shunt resistance of the photovoltaic element under high humidity environment.

A film of zinc oxide electrochemically deposited from an aqueous solution is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature equal to or higher than 150 DEG C and equal to or lower than 400 DEG C in a nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere that contains oxygen, thereby obtaining a zinc oxide film that is low in electric resistance without impairing the light transmittance of the zinc oxide film.
