Abstract: 13 The invention comprises a method for blow molding a container for dispensing liquids and having an integral pour spout fitment. The pour spout fitment has an angled dispensing opening. The method provides extruding a parison of tubular shape from a die. The parison is then compressed between a pair of hollow die halves having the parison cut off intermediate the die and the die halves. The die halves are then moved out of the way of the continuously extruding tubular parison and a hollow tubular blow pin inserted through the die halves into the parison in the area of the cavities. Fluid, such as air, is then passed into the parison through the blow pin and the container is formed. The die halves are opened and the flashing is taken out and the flashing removed. A final machining process is then accomplished to create the desired angle on the spout fitment. The invention further comprises a dispensing package of the container together with a measuring cap cup closure sealingly engageable on the container finish having a pair of seals.
