Abstract: Analytical support (A), which is fixed to a carrier, comprises many oligonucleotides (ON), each of which is labeled by a fluorescent compound (I), the fluorescence of which varies when ON hybridizes to its complement, is new. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) the quality control of (A) in which the amounts and positions of the fixed ONs are determined by measuring the fluorescence from (I); an (2) analyzing biological targets by applying them to (A) and identifying those ON which have hybridized by measuring fluorescence from each ON before and after contact with the targets.

This device is intended for mammography or dental imaging.

Abstract: A method of producing a multi-cell analysis chip with reagents (51) attached to the base of micro-wells (24), by an intermediate binding compound (30), is new. The method comprises obtaining an organic composition, which is attached to the base of the micro-wells, and has a reactive component separated by a spacer, from the binding component, obtaining a second organic composition, which reacts with the first, and has a reactive species attached, placing the second composition into contact with the first, and binding the reactive species to the first composition. An Independent claim is also included for a multi-cell analysis chip produced using the novel process.
