The invention concerns a method for grafting and growing a conductive organic film on an electrically conductive or semiconductive surface, wherein film is simultaneously grafted and grown by electrochemical reduction of a diazonium salt precursor of said film on said surface cathodically polarized to a potential not less in absolute value than the electrochemical reduction potential of the diazonium salt relative to a reference electrode. The invention is useful in particular for protecting surfaces, making localised conductive coatings, chemical sensors, in the fields of chemistry and molecular biology, for making biomedical equipment and the like.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de greffage et de croissance d'un film organique conducteur sur une surface conductrice ou semi-conductrice de l'électricité, dans lequel le greffage et la croissance du film sont réalisés simultanément par électroréduction d'un sel de diazonium précurseur dudit film sur ladite surface polarisée cathodiquement à un potentiel supérieur ou égal en valeur absolue au potentiel d'électro-réduction du sel de diazonium par rapport à une électrode de référence. Elle trouve une application notamment dans la protection de surfaces, la fabrication de revêtements conducteurs localisés, de capteurs chimiques dans les domaines de la chimie et de la biologie moléculaire, la fabrication de matériel biomédical etc.

Procedimiento de injerto y de crecimiento de una película orgánica conductora en una superficie conductora o semiconductora de la electricidad por electrorreducción de al menos una sal de diazonio precursora de dicha película orgánica, que comprende una etapa de injerto y de crecimiento de la película por aplicación de al menos un protocolo que consiste en la electrorreducción de dicha sal de diazonio en dicha superficie polarizada eléctricamente por aplicación de un potencial variable que va de +0, 3 V a -2, 9 V con respecto a un electrodo de referencia Ag+/Ag, en el que la película orgánica es cubriente.
