    Abstract: A male urinary incontinence device comprising a top end portion, a bottom end portion and an intermediate portion for containing at least a part of a penis, the top end portion comprising an inlet through which the penis can be entered, the inlet being provided with a cuff member. The cuff member comprises a membrane provided with a through-going aperture, and a collar provided around the aperture, the collar extending axially away from a first surface of the membrane, and a second collar provided around the aperture, the second collar extending axially away from a second surface of the membrane. The membrane and the first and the second collar are configured to allow elastic expansion of the aperture to fittingly engage with the penis.
