Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the single stage element of a larger capacity (16×16 or 32×32) by extending the capacity of a switching element (8×8 elements for instance.) SOLUTION: Plural even number of the switching elements are arranged inside output sub stages (10 and 11) and at least first input sub stages (00 and 01) composed of the corresponding plural even number of the switching elements are arranged in the upstream of the output sub stages. The even-numbered output and odd-numbered output of the the switching elements of the input sub stages (00 and 01) are respectively connected to the switching elements of the output sub stages (10 and 11) in order. Routing management logic for obtaining the single stage element is provided inside the respective switching elements as well.
