The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention, which is a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a solid plasticizer, is characterized in that the solid plasticizer is at least one compound selected from the group of three kinds of compounds (i) a multiester compound of (A) (A1) an alcohol having a substituted cyclohexane ring or a substituted cyclohexene ring substituted by at least one of an alkyl group and having at least 3 carbons in the alkyl group, or (A2) an alcohol having a bridged ring containing at least one of a six-membered carbon ring with (B) a polybasic acid, (iia) a phosphorus compound having a melting point of 55 to 100 DEG C, etc., and (iiia) a diester compound of (C) (c1) hydroquinone or lesorcinol wherein benzene ring may be substituted by an alkyl group, or (c2) catechol wherein benzene ring is substituted by an alkyl group with (D) an organic monobasic acid. Further, the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is high in safeness to human genital organs. The thermoplastic resin composition can be employed as a thermally- and pressure-sensitive adhesive, and there can be obtained a thermally- and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having an excellent blocking resistance by coating it over a base material sheet.

PURPOSE:To provide a new DNA sequence useful for the diagnosing, preventing or curing human albinism. CONSTITUTION:The objective DNA sequence, in human tyrosinase gene or its complementary strand, containing a sequence made up of at least 12 (pref. >=20) consecutive bases capable of hybridization at the upstream and/or downstream side of the 310 th base from the transfer-starting site; e.g. 5'- GCAGTTTGGTCCCCAAAAGCC-3'. This DNA sequence can be synthesized by a conventional means using a DNA synthesizer and isolated and purified by HPLC.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a vaccine, containing an antigenic protein, extracted and purified from pollens of HINOKI (Chamaecyparis obtusa Endl.) as an active ingredient and useful for diagnosing, preventing and treating pollinosis of SUGI (Cryptomeria japonica D. Don) and the HINOKI. CONSTITUTION:Pollens of HINOKI are extracted using a glucose solution containing phenol added thereto, sodium hydrogencarbonate solution, physiological saline solution, etc., preferably tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (tris) hydrochloric acid solution as an extracting solvent according to a normally used method and the resultant crude extract is separated by a normally used method for purifying proteins to provide an antigenic protein having antigenicity common to the pollens of SUGI and HINOKI, 40000-45000 molecular weight and 6.5-6.8 isoelectric point measured by an electrophoretic method using polyacrylamide. A vaccine containing the aforementioned protein is subcutaneously or orally administered for a prescribed period to effectively inhibit production of IgE antibodies against pollinic antigen of the SUGI and HINOKI and simultaneously promote production of the IgG antibody and IgA antibody which are blocking antibodies against the pollinic antigen penetrated into mucous membranes or bodies.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic resin compositions capable of heat drying at high temperatures after coating which do not cause blocking even in long- term storage. SOLUTION: In the thermoplastic resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and a solid plasticizer, a multi-ester compound obtained by reacting an alcohol having a cyclohexane or cyclohexene ring which has been substituted with one or more alkyl groups and/or alkylene groups whose total carbon number is three or more with a polybasic acid is used as the solid plasticizer. As the multi-ester compound, bis(cis-3,3,5-trimethylcyclo-hexyl) phthalate is preferred. This thermoplastic resin composition has high safety for human genital organs.

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent fish attractant, by compounding a fish bait component with fiber powder and a carboxymethylcellulose alkali metal salt. CONSTITUTION:A fish bait component such as chrysalis powder, rice bran, etc. is compounded with powdered fiber such as natural fiber and a carboxymethylcellulose alkali metal salt. The metal salt is preferably composed of 1-99pts.wt. of carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt and 99-1pts.wt. of carboxymethylcellulose calcium salt, and is a hardly soluble mixture of sol and gel acting as a binder. The ratios of the metal salt, fiber powder and the fish bait component are selected according to the purpose. For the fish-luring purpose, the agent should be disintegrated within a proper time when thrown into water. For example, a paste bait can be produced by mixing 20-40pts.wt. of the metal salt, 25-40pts.wt. of the fiber powder and 40-60pts.wt. of the fish bait component.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human lymphocytic leukocyte useful for detecting a material having the endocrine disturbance action or immune toxic action to the human body simply and quantitatively. SOLUTION: By using the human lymphocytic leukocyte causing apoptosis by immune toxic action, a material having the endocrine disturbance action or immune toxic action to the human body can be detected. The human lymphocytic leukocyte includes human leukocyte T cell line L-MAT cell and Jurkat cells selected by apoptosis sensitivity to the dioxin compound and human lymphoblast T cell line such as Molt-4 cell or the like. 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2- il)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide can be used as detection reagent for detecting extrinsic endocrine disturbance material or immune toxic material.
