Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a recording image having excellent absorbability of a dye and a small blur in a recording system for forming an image by vaporizing or sublimating the dye. SOLUTION: A recording sheet is obtained by laminating a dye receiving layer on at least one surface of a base material. The receiving layer containers a dyeable resin layer (a polyester polymer, a polyurethane polymer, a vinyl polymer, a polyamide polymer, an epoxy polymer, a cellulous derivative or the like) and a porous layer laminated on the resin layer (cellulose derivative, a vinyl polymer, a polysulfone polymer or the like).

SOLUTION: A dye receptive layer is formed of resin composition containing non-yellowing urethane resin or resin composition containing urethane resin and vinyl polymer. The resin composition may contain urethane resin and polymer dispersed in particulate state in the urethane resin. The composition may be polymer aqueous emulsion containing polymer particles having a core-shell structure or microdomain structure constituted by urethane resin and vinyl polymer.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form images with superior peelable property, high coloring density, and excellent vividness by forming out of copolymer of silicone macro monomer and vinyl monomer. SOLUTION: The copolymer is formed of a polymer produced by an emulsion polymerization of silicone macro monomer and vinyl monomer. Besides, representative silicone macro monomer an be indicated by a formula I or II, and in the formulas I, II, R shows a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R indicates a C2-4 alkylene group, R expresses an alkyl group or an aryl group, and (n) shows an integral number of 10-150. Herein, vinyl ester or its class is used for, e.g. a vinyl monomer. The rate between silicone macro monomer and vinyl monomer is of the order of silicone macro monomer/vinyl monomer=10/90-60/40 (weight ratio). Also, polymer particles obtained by emulsion polymerization are on the order of 0.01-1 μm in its mean particle diameter.

SOLUTION: An image receiving layer is formed by coating at least one side of a basic maternal with a resin composition composed of urethane resin 1 and a polymer 2 of polymeric unsaturated compound. In the resin composition, the polymer 2 may be dispersed granularly into the urethane resin 1 or the resin composition may be an aqueous polymer emulsion containing polymer particles having core shell structure or microdomain structure constituted of the urethane resin 1 and the polymer 2. The resin composition may also contain a hydrophilic polymer.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for recording which can form a recorded image being excellent in dyeing properties and blurred little, in a recording system wherein the image is formed by vaporizing or sublimating a dye. SOLUTION: In this sheet for recording, a dye accepting layer containing dyeing resin (polyester resin, polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, nylon resin, a cellulose derivative, vinyl resin and the like) and a low-dyeing substance (resin of which the surface energy is about 5-35 dyne/cm, resin of which the glass transition temperature is about 50-160 deg.C, inorganic glass and the like) is formed at least on one surface of a base. The dye accepting layer may also be constituted of a composite of the dyeing resin and the low-dyeing substance. This composite may also have a block structure, a sea island structure or a core shell structure and it may also be constituted of a porous body and resin with which pores of this porous body are impregnated.

SOLUTION: A dye receptive layer is formed of resin composition constituted by a core-shell structure in which glass transition temperature Tg1 of the one polymer of polymers for forming a core and shell is lower than 30 deg.C (e.g. -50 to 25 deg.C), that Tg2 of the other polymer is 30 deg.C or higher (e.g. 30 to 110 deg.C), and glass transition temperature difference Tg=Tg2-Tg1 of the both is 10C or higher (e.g. 20 to 150 deg.C). The one polymer of the polymers for forming the core and shell is formed of aromatic component and may be formed of resin composition in which concentration of the component is 5 to 80 wt.% of the overall core and shell polymer.

Examples of the vinyl-based resin include an acrylic resin. In this resin composition, the phenoxy resin may be dispersed in a particular state in the resin. The resin composition may be a polymer aqueous emulsion containing polymer particles having a core/shell structure or a microdomain structure constituted of the phenoxy resin and at least one of the vinyl-based resin and the polyester based resin.
