Abstract: A real-time double-beam in situ infrared spectrum system and a method thereof. The system comprises two identical infrared spectrometers and a double-beam infrared reactor cell, wherein the double-beam infrared reactor cell is formed by connecting a sample cell and a reference cell which are identical, the sample cell and the reference cell are at the same level and respectively correspond to a sample spectrometer and a reference spectrometer, the two infrared spectrometers are synchronously controlled by computers, to synchronously collect spectrograms of sample beams and background beams in real time, so as to obtain real information about a species on the catalyst surface changing with the reaction time, and eliminate gas molecule vibration spectrum interference in a real-time state and transmission spectrum interference generated under a heating condition. The present invention makes a characterization result become more accurate and reliable, so that real-time information about an active center of the catalyst surface, an active phase and an intermediate species at different temperatures may be obtained under a changeable gas phase component condition.

Abstract: An alkali metal ion modified titanium silicalite zeolite for gas phase epoxidation of propylene and hydrogen peroxide and a preparation method thereof. The method includes, at first step: preparing an alkali metal hydroxide modification solution; at second step: conducting controlled hydrothermal treatment on a TS-1 zeolite matrix by using an alkali metal hydroxide solution; and at third step: conducting post-treatment on the hydrothermally modified TS-1 zeolite, including solid-liquid separation, washing, drying and calcining. In the washing process, the modified TS-1 zeolite wet material is washed with a low concentration alkali metal hydroxide solution; alkali metal ions are reserved on the silicon hydroxyl of the modified titanium silicalite zeolite; and an infrared characteristic absorption band of a framework titanium active center modified by the alkali metal ions is in a range above 960 cm−1 and below 980 cm−1.

Abstract: An alkali metal ion modified titanium silicalite zeolite for gas phase epoxidation of propylene and hydrogen peroxide and a preparation method thereof. Abstract: A fluidized reaction method for synthesizing propylene oxide by gas phase epoxidation of propylene and hydrogen peroxide relates to a microspherical alkali metal ion modified titanium silicalite zeolite TS-1 catalyst applicable to the reaction method, and a preparation method thereof. A gas-solid phase fluidized epoxidation method refers to a gas phase epoxidation method in which the raw materials of propylene and hydrogen peroxide are directly mixed in the gas phase under normal pressure and temperature above 100° C. and the feed gas enables the titanium silicalite zeolite TS-1 catalyst to be fluidized in an epoxidation reactor. A catalyst applicable to the reaction method is a microspherical alkali metal ion modified titanium silicalite zeolite TS-1 catalyst which has the main characteristic that alkali metal cations are reserved on the titanium silicalite zeolite.
