Abstract: The invention discloses a synchronous self-locking pneumatic adaptive fixture used for the machining of annular thin-walled parts, belonging to the technical field of mechanical machining. The synchronous self-locking pneumatic adaptive fixture includes a zero point positioning system, a base body, a plurality of pressure plate mechanism assemblies, a plurality of columns, a plurality of support mechanism assemblies and a plurality of adaptive support body assemblies. Among them, the pressure plate mechanism assemblies complete the axial compression of the workpiece through the lever force increasing mechanisms and the orthogonal self-locking mechanisms. And the support mechanism assemblies complete the radial support of the workpiece through the rod slider mechanisms and the orthogonal self-locking mechanisms. The invention not only has high clamping efficiency and good stability, but also can ensure the reliable clamping and safe machining of the workpiece when the air source is disconnected.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a flexible dot matrix bonding apparatus and an adaptive clamping method for a disk-type planar component. The apparatus mainly comprises three components: a substrate, connecting rods and an auxiliary support. The threaded holes in a circumferential array are uniformly distributed in the substrate, and the connecting rods are fixed at different circumferential positions of the substrate in a threaded connection manner, which play a role in bonding and supporting the disk-type planar component. The auxiliary support is matched with the substrate, so that a workpiece after turning can be taken out without damage. According to detection results of machining deformation of the disk-type planar component, the installation positions of the connecting rods on the substrate are adjusted accordingly, thus changing bonding positions of the disk-type planar component. Finally, an adaptive clamping method aiming at reducing the machining deformation of the disk-type planar component is formed.

Abstract: The present invention provides an on-machine real-time measurement method and system for a full-closed loop five-axis computer numerical control machine tool. In the system, a high-precision coaxial fixture in a displacement measurement component is used for connecting the component with the machine tool spindle; a multifunctional evaluation electronics box reads the signals of the grating scale of each machine axis in real time, and synchronously triggers the displacement sensor to collect the measured workpiece surface information; a synchronous communication module caches the grating scale signals of each machine axis and the measurement signals of the sensor to the FIFO rotation buffering module of the host computer in parallel to reduce the burden of high-speed transmission; and the host computer performs data processing and coordinate transformation of the grating scale data and the measurement information in the FIFO module, and finally obtains the three-dimensional geometric information of the measured workpiece surface.

Abstract: The present invention provides a cross-axis and cross-point modal testing and parameter identification method for predicting the cutting stability, which is used to improve the accuracy of existing prediction methods of cutting stability. The method firstly installs a miniature tri-axial acceleration sensor at the tool tip, and conducts the cross-axis and cross-point experimental modal tests respectively. The measured transfer functions are grouped according to different measuring axes, and the dynamic parameters are separately identified from each group of transfer functions. Then, the contact region between the cutter and workpiece is divided into several cutting layer differentiators. After that, together with other dynamic parameters, all the parameters are assembled into system dynamic parameter matrices matching with the dynamic model. Finally, dynamic parameter matrices including the effects of cross-axis and cross-point model couplings are obtained. Moreover, the acceleration sensor in the method only needs to be installed once.

Abstract: A tool quick-stop device for a lathe has a base, bottom plate, front side plate, rear side plate, right side plate, left side plate, top fixed plate, tool bar, cam lever, buffer spring, cylindrical guide rail, adjusting nut, first locking nut, double end stud, second locking nut, pressure spring, pressing plate, hold-down bolt and pin shaft. The cam lever supports the tool bar before tool falling. When tool falling is required, the cam lever is rotated through external force. When the cam lever rotates over a certain position, the tool bar instantaneously loses supporting force. Under strong pressure of the pressure spring, the tool bar falls the tool with great acceleration and is separated from the cutting region in a short period of time and the cutting root is frozen.
