Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject compound useful for impregnating mineral construction materials therewith and imparting such materials with hydrophobicity by incorporating a specific organosilicon compound with, optionally, an organic solvent and/or specific alkyl alkoxysilane. SOLUTION: This compound is such an organosilicon compound of formula I (mixture) as to be incorporated, optionally, with an appropriate organic solvent and/or alkyl alkoxysilane of formulate; in the above formula I and formula II, R1 and R4 are each a 1-6C alkyl; R2 and R3 are each a 1-20C alkyl, pref. a 1-16C alkyl or phenyl; X is Sx ((x) is 0-12), CH2, (OCH2CH2)eO ((e) is 1-20), OR'O (R' is a 1-20C alkyl), NH or NHCONH-R"-NHCONH (R" is a 1-20C alkylene); (a) is 0-2; (b) is 1-18; (d) is the same as (a); (a+d)
