SOLUTION: The organosilicon compound is represented by general formula II. (Wherein, R is a methyl group or an ethyl group; R' is a 9-30C alkyl group or the like; R" is a bivalent 1-30C hydrocarbon or the like; X is S or the like, when X is S, n=2 and m=1-10). The organosilicon compound is produced by reacting a compound whose R' of formula II is R, with an alcohol represented by R'OH, in the presence of a catalyst, and continuously separating ROH by distillation.
