SOLUTION: A multi-layered composite contains an inner layer I selected from a fluoro polymer molding material and a polyolefin molding material, an adhesion auxiliary layer II having (a) 2 to 80 pts.mass of a graft copolymer, (b) 0 to 85 pts.mass of a polyester, (c) 0 to 85 pts.mass of a polymer selected from a polyamide, a fluoro polymer and a polyolefin, and (d) at most 50 pts.mass of a rubber adding impact resistance and/or an additive selected from conventional coagents and additives, and a layer III of a polyester molding material. SOLUTION: The present invention provides the element of conduit system of the fuel cell, in which the innermost layer I which is in contact with a medium being conveyed comprises a polyamide molding composition and, in addition, at least one further layer selected from a layer II of a further polyamide molding composition (a), a layer III of a molding composition comprising a functionalized polyolefin (b), a layer IV of a polyolefin molding composition in which the polyolefin is not functionalized (c), and a layer V of an EVOH molding composition (d) is present. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for a piping system for a fuel cell, wherein intercepting action with respect to hydrocarbons, alcohols and hydrogen is improved, and each layer firmly adheres mutually. SOLUTION: In the member for the piping system for the fuel cell, an innermost layer I, in contact with a conveyed medium, is made of a polyolefine compound. The material is bound to a layer II made of an EVOH compound. Here, the combination may also have a layer selected from (a) a layer III made of a polyamide compound, (b) a layer IV made of a molding material comprising functionalized polyolefine, and (c) a layer V comprising an unfunctionalized polyolefine molding material. The layer I and the layers II are coupled by having a contact surface of the layer I contain the polyolefine having a functional group selected from among an acid anhydride group, a carboxylic acid group, an N-acyl lactam group, an epoxy group and a trialkoxysilane group. SOLUTION: In applying sonic waves to a pipe axis in the longitudinal direction, a face to be welded thereto is arranged almost parallel to the pipe axis. Furthermore, a welding process is combined with a process of pushing another plastic member into a plastic pipe for joining the plastic pipe to another plastic member with ultrasonic welding where sonic treatment is duplicated with at least the push-in process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly bond one pipe to the other plastic member by laser beam welding even when both connection partners are impermeable to a laser beam. SOLUTION: The outside layer of a plastic pipe and the outside layer of the plastic member are enough impermeable to a laser beam of a specified wavelength. The plastic pipe and the plastic member are coated with additional intermediate pieces made of a laser beam-permeable plastic material at the end parts of them, and the intermediate pieces are fixed by laser beam welding. SOLUTION: In the multilayer composite material comprising a layer I made of at least polyamide molding material and a layer II made of a polyester molding material, the polyester molding material contains a mixture of (a) 80 to 99 wt.% of polyalkylene-2, 6-naphthalate selected from polyethylene-2,6- naphthalate and polybutylene-2,6-naphthalate, and (b) 1 to 20 wt.% of one or more types of compound having at least two isocyanate groups.
