Abstract: A method and a device for synchronous high-speed photographing of microparticle rotation in a liquid cyclone field and for determining the rotation velocity of a microparticle in a liquid cyclone field by using a combination of a synchronous high-speed photographing system and a transparent microparticle containing two centrosymmetrically arranged inner cores having the same diameter. The method comprises: using a transparent microparticle comprising two inner cores having the same diameter and arranged centrosymmetrically as a rotation test particle; acquiring synchronously two groups of two dimensional image series of microparticle motion in a liquid cyclone field using two orthogonally arranged high-speed digital cameras; and reconstructing a three dimensional motion trajectory of the microparticle from the two groups of synchronous image series, and determining a rotation velocity of the microparticle in the cyclone field at the same time.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for liquid degassing by means of swirling or centrifugal force coupled with a pressure gradient. This device comprises a cavity. The cavity is furnished with an inlet for liquid-gas mixture, a gas outlet and a liquid outlet. The gas outlet is inserted into the cavity through the top end of the cavity and positioned around 0.1-3 times the maximum diameter of the cavity from the top of the cavity. Specifically, an overflow pipe with the diameter gradually increasing from the bottom to the top was used as the gas outlet. The overflow pipe is further furnished with a bell mouth at the bottom part.

Abstract: An oily sewage pretreatment method without air flotation, comprising the following steps: (a) sedimentation separation: performing sedimentation separation on oily sewage to implement preliminary separation of oil, sludge, and water; (b) boiling bed separation: performing boiling bed separation on the oily sewage obtained by the preliminary separation to further remove dispersed oil, sludge, and sand from the oily sewage; (c) shape coalescence separation: performing shape coalescence separation on the oily sewage obtained by the boiling bed separation in step (b) to implement demulsification, coalescence, and separation of emulsified oil; and (d) biochemical treatment: the effluent obtained in step (c) directly enters an AOH biochemical system, an air flotation unit is omitted. Also disclosed is an oily sewage pretreatment apparatus without air flotation.
