Abstract: A packaged cleaning composition concentrate includes a container for holding a cleaning composition concentrate, and a cleaning composition concentrate. The cleaning composition concentrate has a solids content of at lesat about 1 wt.% based on the weight of the cleaning composition concentrate. The cleaning composition concentrate includes a surfactant component, a dispersant component, and at least one of a sheeting agent or a humectant. A method for forming a use composition is provided.
