    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a stable condition under a specified high temperature by providing at least one coating including tin and zinc, and constituting the coating from mixing crystal of tin and zinc. SOLUTION: A parts 1 is a solid bolt, and is provided with a shaft 2 having a fastening part 4, and the fastening part 4 consists of a male screw 3. A head 5 is arranged adjacently to the shaft 2, a welding part 6 is arranged in an end part region which is far from the shaft 2, and the welding part 6 is provided with a conical welding surface 7. The parts 1 is provided with a coating 8 composed of mixing crystal of tin and zinc, the coating 8 is formed in the whole of parts, its thickness is set to 2 to 20 mm, especially, it may be set to about 8 mm. The coating 8 is stabilized at a high temperature, especially, at about 300 deg.C, and the other member is arranged on the fastening parts. As a result, heat treatment of this unit is made possible. Conductivity of the coating 8 is not completely influenced, or it is influenced in an inconspicuous degree, and the parts 1 is used on an electric contact part. Since the material of the coating 8 does not melt in a welding material of a fusing condition, it does not have the influence on the strength of the welding part.

A related device can quickly and accurately detect the working material, or can perform the precise punching-out or the rivet- connection at a constant prescribed depth, regardless of the change of the quality of a material or the other parameter causing the deformation of the reaction structural body 9 during punching-out process.

    Abstract: A process and device are disclosed for joining by punching and riveting. At least two layers (4, 5) are pressed by a holding-down clamp (1) against the die-plate (3).
