According to the invention, a modular storage system for laboratory fluids is characterized in that a carrier frame comprises a defined number of slots for at least two different laboratory vessel inserts, which can be inserted so that they can be arbitrarily interchanged and inserted in arbitrary combinations with a positive fit in the slots of the carrier frame and which each comprise at least one laboratory vessel and/or at least one compartment for at least one laboratory vessel.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for effectively drying a cavity of a micro titration filter plate and a filter arranged in the cavity in a short time and a system having the apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus for drying the cavity of the micro titration filter plate and the filter arranged in the cavity by a gas flow 23 is constituted so that the micro titration filter plate 13 having the cavity 12 and the filter 11 arranged in the cavity is arranged in a vacuum chamber 14 for vacuum filtration. A heat exchanger 21 is arranged which can be placed on the micro titration filter plate and removed again from the micro titration filter plate, can heat the gas flow and has at least one bored hole 22. The gas flow is made to pass through the bored hole and flow to the heat exchanger, heated and introduced into an upper opening of the cavity of the micro titration filter plate. The invention relates to a cuvette comprising, respectively at least one measuring surface on two arms that are connected together in a pivotable manner such that they can be pivoted together from a separate pivoted position into a measuring position in which both of the measuring surfaces comprise a spacer for positioning a sample between the measuring surfaces, and means for positioning both arms in the measuring position in a cuvette shaft of an optical measuring device using a sample between both measuring surfaces in a beam path, that passes through the cuvette shaft, of the optical measuring device.

The invention relates to an optical sensor system on a device for the treatment of liquids, having at least one device for projecting light in the direction of an optical axis onto at least one lighting location in the room, an adjustment device for adjusting the relative position of the at least one lighting location, and an interface in a direction transversely to the optical axis, a control unit for controlling the adjustment devices such that the same simultaneously adjust the relative position of the at least one lighting location and the interface transversely to the optical axis and in the direction of the optical axis, at least one device for imaging the at least one lighting location during the adjustment of the relative positions on at least one photodetector, and an analysis device connected to the at least one photodetector for analyzing the at least one measurement signal.

A hermetic seal, covering a filtering system comprising reaction vials in one flat composite structure, comprises a resiliently deforming mat that may be mounted flat on the filtering system, with only the reaction vials situated in a partial surface zone of the filtering system being hermetically covered when the mat is mounted on the upper filtering system surface. A hermetic seal, covering in a suction-proof, i.e. hermetic manner, a filtering system that comprises, in one flat composite structure, jointly manufactured reaction vials each having an upper and lower aperture, with the upper apertures situated substantially in an upper surface of the filtering system, the hermetic seal comprises a resiliently deforming mat that may be mounted flat on the filtering system, with only the reaction vials situated in a partial surface zone of the filtering system being hermetically covered when the mat is mounted on the upper filtering system surface. The mat (18) is mounted flat on the underside (17) of a rigid plate (16) of which the dimensions match the upper surface of the filtering system (11). It is designed in such a way that when the plate is mounted on the top surface of the filtering system, the mat engages in sealing manner both the upper wall regions of the upper apertures (13) and/or the regions (19) of the filtering system surrounding the upper apertures where no air can flow between the mat and the filtering system between the apertures when vacuum is applied to the lower apertures (14).
