Abstract: The invention concerns a device in which a blocking arm (13) is mounted on a carriage (15) in such a way that it pivots between a raised loading position and a pivoted fitting position. According to the invention, between the blocking arm (13) and the carriage (15) there are pawl-type engagement means (38, 40) capable of a releasable locking of this blocking arm (13) on this carriage (15) when it is in the pivoted fitting position.
