Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a un método de curado rápido de un sustrato fundido transparente a base de politiouretano, que comprende en una realización preferida proporcionar un primer componente A que comprende un prepolímero de politiouretano A1 que tiene grupos terminales isocianato o isotiocianato, proporcionar un segundo componente B que comprende un prepolímero de politiouretano B1 que tiene grupos terminales tiol, mezclar juntos el primer y el segundo componente A y B y llenar una cavidad de moldeo de un conjunto de molde de fundición con la mezcla resultante, curar dicha mezcla para obtener un sustrato transparente, en donde al menos un catalizador latente que se puede activar por calor se añade en el procedimiento antes de la etapa de curado 4), y dicho catalizador se activa posteriormente para acelerar la reacción de polimerización que forma el sustrato transparente a base de politiouretano.
